Northern Italy tour

Loft was nicely Appointed, clean. Easy walk to the lake for restaurants, shopping, boat rides. Walkable to train station also. Neighborhood decent. Our GPS was spotty between buildings in the area, which made finding parking lot and loft stressful and difficult. (our first time driving narrow Italian streets and alleys, many one- ways). Having written directions by email a day or two ahead would have been really helpful. Luca had said to "park on Scuole". In our city, there are streets that run off and on for 25 miles. So we were trying to understand what address on Scuole ! And GPS wouldn't bring up the street anyway...... LOL. Doing VRBO's in the US, sometimes we get email directions ahead of time, like : "from the south, turn right on Mazzini drive for 3 blocks, then left on Piazza for 1 block , etc." That really helps if GPS is not reliable in there area, or as backup for that system.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a Desenzano e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. L’appartamento è moderno, molto pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli, offrendo un ambiente confortevole e accogliente. I proprietari sono stati sempre disponibili e attenti, pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza durante il soggiorno. Questo ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole e senza stress. La posizione è ottima e l’atmosfera generale è perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca qualità, comfort e un servizio impeccabile

Buon soggiorno, ma migliorabile

Il letto comodo, appartamento pulito e spazioso, vicinanza al centro. Parcheggio gratuito non realmente fruibile se non da auto molto piccole, dotazione cucina scarsa ( neanche un cucchiaino o una tovaglietta per ospite!!!), assenza di canovacci per asciugare le stoviglie. Una rampa e mezzo di scale senza ascensore, ma non è specificato sul sito.

Con qualche cura in più, sarebbe perfetto

La gestione da parte vostra. Casa luminosa, spaziosa, silenziosa, imposizione eccellente. La proprietà dovrebbe assolutamente mettere i topper ai materassi, rinfrescare i muri e sostituire o rivestire il divano. Abbiamo trovato le stoviglie sporche, le pulizie finali dovrebbero prevedere una macchinata delle stoviglie.

Großartiger Gruppenurlaub

Die Lage, Ausstattung und vor allem die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sind super. Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung - am besten hat uns gefallen dass es 2 komplett ausgestattete Bäder gibt. Einziger Nachteil der Parkplatz der zur Wohnung gehört war für uns nicht nutzbar da wir mit einem Kleinbus angereist sind allerdings gibt es für 8 € am Tag einen öffentlichen Parkplatz 100 Meter entfernt.

Great location

Nice apartment in a very good location. Clean and tidy. New toaster would be helpful. Key collection system, Kesey ok, but be aware that you need a smartphone to access this system.

Spacious and comfortable apartment

This apartment was perfect for 4 people- I didn't realize when I booked it that it even had 2 bathrooms! It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a delightful stay in Descenzano. Fair warning though: it is up a good sized hill if there's anyone in your group who's a little out of shape! Our check-in did not go smoothly at all. I had contacted the organization prior with the notification of when we would be there but there was no one there to meet us. It ultimately took a neighbor calling for us (thank God she knew the owner!) to get things sorted out.

De ligging in een woonwijk, vlakbij centrum. Moderne inrichting, goede voorzieningen zoals keukenspullen en handdoeken, airco. Ruim appartement. Parkeerplaats is krap. Paaltjes en kettingen weghalen geeft meer ruimte, die er wel is.

Apartamento acogedor, tranquilo y de bonito diseño.

El apartamento completo. Diseño de las habitaciones y baños. Camas muy comodas. Tranquilo de ruidos y muy cerca del lago. Parking privado a 3 minutos. Lara encantadora. Nos explico perfectamente todo sobre transportes...supermercados...lugares a visitar y cosas que hacer. Muchas Gracias.
