Very quiet property is just steps to the ocean floor, wonderful to watch the tides move in and out, and hunting for rocks and shells. Very close drive to gorgeous beaches like Basin Head (the singing sands!), lighthouses, craft shopping, local restaurants like the fire feast at the Inn. Kitchen well stocked. Sit back with your coffee on the huge deck and watch the sunrise!

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay, near water to relax and wind down. Carmel and Boyd’s place was perfect! Beautiful view of the ocean, privacy, and quiet. The cottage was clean and had everything we possibly could need and more. Carmel was always quick to respond if we had questions. Checking in was easy. The pool table and the cribbage built into the kitchen island got a lot of use during the rainy days. We highly recommended this vacation property.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this PEI vacation home. The views were stunning — the kind that made us stop and take in the beauty every morning. Wonderful Stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The view was beautiful. House had everything from plenty of dishes to beach towels and an umbrella. Lots of space outside for kids to play.

Amazing stay!!!

The property exceeded our expectations! We came for a special dinner down the road but this cottage made the whole trip. We were able to see the northern lights from the deck, we watched the sunsets and sunrises,. It truly was great experience! Would highly recommend!highlhighlymend

Beautiful property & amazing views!

This vacation home offers everything you could possibly need. It was very modern & well kept. My family & I enjoyed eating on the deck with the beautiful ocean view behind us. The owners are very lovely to deal with & went above and beyond to welcome us to their cottage.

Great views, great house

Kitchen is large and well equipped. Close to Souris for supplies. Can walk to a small beach on Fortune River, at low tide you can cross the rover to.Fortune Beach, at high tide it is a short drive. Fortune Beach has very few people.The owners live nearby and are very nice.

Quiet and private

Loved our short 3 night stay and wished we would have had more time to rest at this cottage. Location was perfect and the cottage had everything you could possibly need for an island stay, down to a beach umbrella and towels! Thanks for the buckets and shovels for clam digging!

Beautiful setting, lovely cottage

The property is beautiful. Very quiet and relaxing. The cottage has everything needed for comfort, activities, cooking, ... Hosts Carmel and Boyd are very respectful while still being available for any questions or concerns. I spent a wonderful two weeks.
