emplacement magnifique et la maison est magnifique, tout était si soigné et
bien rangé et propre. Vous avez pensé à tous les extras possibles et fourni
eux, sacs en plastique, tapettes à mouches, lampe de poche, détergent à vaisselle,
jumelles, draps supplémentaires, trousse de premiers soins et extras dans la salle de bain ... une
endroit vraiment bien géré! C'était un plaisir de vous rencontrer et nous espérons certainement y revenir.

Stunning view, three bathrooms, extensive lawn, semi-private beach that connects to Panmure Beach

Fantastic place. Second floor can be hot in July. Just the view makes it worthwhile.

Juste merveilleux

L’emplacement juste AMAZING! La maison trĂšs propre Tres bien entretenue Tout y Ă©tait. Il ne manquait que nous et la nourritures. La plage et la vue sur la mer juste wow AssurĂ©ment un site a considĂ©rer pour l’ile du prince Édouard. Je n’ose pas imaginer en pleine Ă©tĂ© cela doit ĂȘtre juste merveilleux. Notre sĂ©jour en dĂ©cembre fut parfait pour nous juste ce qui nous fallait pour passer une temps des fetes parfait

The home is on a very large private lot right on the ocean. This pet friendly property was much enjoyed by our dog and ourselves. The house is well equipped with anything you would need. Very comfortable beds and lots of room to relax. Communication with our hosts was fast and easy. We enjoyed long beach walks and a small town was only 15 minutes away for groceries and a few restaurants. Would definitely return again.

Great family vacation home

House had everything we needed and location on the ocean was lovely. Only negatives were the stairs down to waterfront could use some work and on the few hot days encountered the master bedroom does not get any cross ventilation so it was too hot
rest of the home was naturally cooled by the breeze so did not use the AC.

Fabulous Stay

We spent three weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. The place was big enough to accommodate the entire family and we all had a good time watching the lobster boats and walking on the beach. We enjoyed all the place has to offer. We even got to see a seal up close. Thanks Joan and Jack for sharing your home with us.

This is a superb place with an amazing view on the sea. We were here to play golf. We have been in heaven the whole week. We recommand 100%.

Another Great Visit

Every time we visit the cottage it becomes harder and harder to leave. The place is truly an amazing place to unwind and enjoy nature and walks on the beach. Nice to wake up to the boats checking their lobster traps and the water surf. Can not wait until our next trip

Amazing View

We cannot say enough about the view from the house. We woke up to beautiful sunrises almost every day. We were able to watch the boats hauling in their lobsters which was fascinating. The house was very clean and ready for us. Joan and Jack checked in us to make sure we had everything we needed. They are great communicators and fabulous hosts.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful location. The hosts were exceptionally catering to our needs and special requests and the place was as advertised. We were a group of 6 with kids and a grandparent - so we had plenty of room. The walk to our own waterfront was great and the view was beautiful. We enjoyed searching for ocean creatures and sea glass and watching the seals play in the distance. The walk to the local and sandy beach was short - what a great location! We had an EV with us and the charging station in Brudenell worked great and was only 20 minutes away. We can’t wait to come back again - hopefully this time it won’t be 13 years.

Family Gathering

Our family of 12 stayed for a week at the cottage hosted by Jack and Joan. The weather was beautiful, so everyone enjoyed the beach - especially the kids and the water was very warm. There is lots of space outside for the kids to run around. The cottage space was adequate for all of us as we still had some young children, but probably would recommend that no more than 8 adults stay here comfortably. Day bed was good for kids but adults may find it a bit crowded. I would also suggest that the kitchen have a few more items such as foil and salt and pepper. Overall the cottage is very nice and the view is amazing!!

Couldn't be better

My wife and I stayed with her parents and mine - everything was absolutely perfect. Location, house, view, communication with host, all perfect. House is well equipped. We rent a lot of houses. Most are pretty good. Some fall short. For this one, I couldn't come up with one bad thing to say if I had to. View is stunning. Sun rises over the water, sets over the lighthouse. Seals, herrons, what looked like stripers feeding 20 yards off the beach. Seems it would be to early for this far north. Whatever it was, fun to watch. If I could give this place an 11 out of 10, I would.

Exceptional Experience at PEI

The Oceanfront Beach House at Gaspereaux is truly spectacular; the views and its many amenities are superb, outmatched only by the exceptional responsiveness and hospitality of the owners, Joan and Jack. Joan answered all queries very promptly and it was a pleasure to communicate with her. Upon meeting Jack on our second day, we asked about local sources of fresh lobster. He addressed our request by having four delivered the next day, fresh from the morning's harvest from just offshore the house. Prince Edward Island is beautiful, tranquil, and an amazing place to visit. One could not make a better vacation selection than this Oceanfront cottage.

Wow
.what a house! The perfect spot for a large family gathering although we were two, the house was cozy and comfortable. The house sits on a sprawling flat piece of land that overlooks the beach
with private beach access. The house is unique with interesting angles and windows that overlook the water and if the sky is clear you can stand in a skylight and get a magnificant view of the stars, planets, and the Milky Way
.the screened porch was a huge plus as the mosquitoes were still around. Joan and Jack were lovely and made us feel right at home. A definite five star experience⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
