Spacious villa with private pool, surrounded by the Apulian countryside, a few kilometers away from Mesagne and the coastline, ideal for groups of families or friends.



The villa is spread over the ground floor and consists of two independent apartments. The first one comes with a bright kitchen equipped with all comforts, including an oven, a microwave and a kettle, a snack bar perfect for having breakfast, a tv and an additional dining table. From the kitchen, guests will have direct access to the patio furnished with table and chairs, ideal for delicious meals in the open air. A bright sitting room with a double sofa bed completes the living area. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one of which has a queen-size bed and the other one has two single beds, which can be put together, upon request. A bathroom with a shower completes the accommodation.

The second apartment comes with an open-space living area, with an American kitchen, fully equipped with all amenities, such as an oven, a microwave and a kettle, a double sofa bed and a dining table. The sleeping area features two bedrooms, both with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.



The highlight of the villa surely is the garden, surrounded by olive trees, among which a private pool with beach chairs and umbrellas is hidden.

Comfort such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heat pump will be at guests’ disposal.



*Guests will have access to an outdoor car park, inside the structure, with a maximum of 5 parking spaces.

Mesagne is a charming town at the gate of Salento and features a heart-shaped historic center.

It was once a nerve center for the Apulian economy thanks to the production of oil, vine, wheat and fruit, today it retains architectural gems such as the Saint Anne’s Church and the Norman-swabian Castle.

Thanks to its convenient position in the heel of the boot of Italy, it is a perfect starting point for visiting both the Adriatic and the Ionic coasts.

A few kilometers away it is possible to visit Brindisi, for a stroll on the Regina Margherita seafront until the Virgilio’s staircase with its Roman columns, symbol of the city. From here it is possible to see the Italian Sailor Monument. Going south, Lecce surely is worth a visit, the capital of Salento and the baroque architecture. For a relaxing holiday, the beautiful beaches on the Ionian Sea are not to be missed, which have nothing to envy to the Caribbean beaches.



Brindisi airport and train station are both around 20 minutes away by car.

Please note the price is based on 8 guests; there is an extra supplement for up to an extra 4 guests - please contact Villamore for costing.

Check-in takes place between 15.00 and 20.00 and must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.

Check-out must take place by 10.00.

Check-in or check-out requests for out-of-hours times may be possible according to the facility and the team's availability. An additional cost ranging from € 20 to € 40 will be charged for arrivals after 20.00.

Parties or other events at home cannot be organized.

Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the home.

Animals are not allowed unless specified otherwise.
