A one bedroom condo, 1 and a half blocks to the beach.
One bath, living room with futon queen sleeper sofa. Balcony,
pool ( daily mid June through Labor Day) and under ground parking for one auto.
Includes use of 2 beach tags for your stay. Close to amusement rides.
Limited availability, is primary used for family. No renters under
the age of 21. Near tennis courts, playground, golf courses.
Seven Hundred and fifty square feet. One of the largest one
bedroom condos on the island. Bike rentals nearby.
Kitchen is equipped with 2 electric burners cooktop, microwave,
coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking griddle, crock pot, pots, pans,
dishes and utensils. No full oven.
** Please note: No smoking on property is permitted this includes parking lot, balcony and walkways.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Condo was perfect for our stay. Balcony faced the Ocean, which provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze, even though you can’t see the ocean. Great location within just blocks of all Ovean City has to offer.

Family memories made

My family (me my husband my 8 year and my 5 year old) just stayed at the Legacy and we had an amazing time! The condo is clean, spacious, and the perfect location! Larry was an absolute dream to rent from! He was there upon arrival and always just a text away if we needed ANYTHING! Only a very short walk and you’re right on the boardwalk! So many fun things to do that kept my kiddos entertained all week! Mini golf, water park, rides, the beach, and plenty of shops and restaurants! The pool was an additional added bonus! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! Definitely recommend this rental and look forward to my next visit!!

Has it all!

We loved the property and our stay so much. It was our first time taking our son to the shore and there was so much space for him in the condo. Separate Rooms for my wife and I, to sleep separate from our child was great. They even had YouTube and Netflix setup already to occupy the baby! The Beach and Boardwalk are right at the property, you can walk minutes to local food spots and it even has elevators! The condo was very clean and welcoming. Bonus, the balcony and view is the cherry on top!

Larry's Legacy

The property was as advertised. There was a problem with a counter top not being properly supported which was conveyed to the owner. Other than the weather - which was terrible - the place was great for four persons in its size, location and proximity to the beach. The owner was very attentive to we as renters. Would rent from him again.

So Relaxing! So Lovely!

Awesome! This property was exactly as advertised. It was bright, airy and tastefully decorated. I came in from New York and was immediately able to relax. The bed and chairs in the livingroom were so comfortable and the condo itself was very clean (which was reassuring and appreciated, especially in this time of Covid) and anything you might need was there. I especially loved the deck. It was huge and since it’s a corner unit, you don’t have neighbors on one side and have an unobstructed view of the Ferris wheel, along with a continuous cool breeze. I was able to use the pool and everything was spaced out and in accordance with Covid restrictions. Also, it was very peaceful at night and in the mornings. Larry, the owner, went above and beyond and was a joy to communicate with! I will definitely stay here again. Thanks again, Larry! 😊

Great beach getaway

This was the perfect place to stay with my husband and my 18 month old. The location was great, just a short walk from the boardwalk and the beach but also just far enough so it was not noisy at night. The condo was clean and inviting, and the kitchenette was the perfect addition to make travel with a baby easier. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and at the pool as well. Larry was very accommodating and kind. We look forward to staying here again!

My wife and i stayed here in late September for our anniversary. With my wife having a long illness getting away is often on short notice.Larry was very accommodating and promptly answered all of my questions at the time of booking. He also contacted us after our arrival to make sure we had no needs. It's quiet and well maintained and is exactly as the pictures show. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need. The added bonus of having a balcony to relax on in the morning drinking our coffee or in the evening to unwind was great. There are bike racks and an open outdoor shower on the ground level. Owner is easy to work with and look forward to returning again next year. Wonderful place !!!

My husband and I took our two young children back to the beach the second weekend in October and stayed at Larry’s place. It was perfect for us! Within walking distance to everything we wanted to do! This was our 1st time ever using VRBO and I was a little hesitant. But Larry was very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions. We stayed for the Block Party weekend like we do every October and we will definitely consider this property again. It was super spacious, very clean and well appointed. It’s only a block and a half from the boardwalk, so that was convenient as well. The elevator was out of commission our 1st day there but it was fixed the following morning. Overall we had a great experience. 5 Stars all the way!
