Weekend get away

My husband and I shared an awesome weekend in OC. This location is so walkable, we didn't get in the car all weekend. Can't wait to go back!

Not bad, just seemed like there were some cut corners on things that are basic in most rentals. Things like no toilet paper holder, no shelf in shower for soap etc, old outdated futon for main (only) seating in living room.Very small, but you know that going in. Just needs some updates and basic things to give guests a better impression.Location is great and having a porch is nice.Overall, basic no frills in nice area.

No frying pans. Only pots. Pretty clean. Futon a little uncomfortable. Near the boardwalk but far from the rides. No parking spot. Street parking was very inconvenient.

Great place

The condo was perfect for our long weekend stay! Down the street from the beach and plenty of restaurants within a walkable distance. Quiet neighborhood as well! Perfect for couples!

Memorial Day weekend

Had to park blocks away since they don’t provide parking. Shower knob is locked so you can’t make it hot just barely warm and the shower head isn’t well adjusted I had to hold it the whole time.

Great place for families

Close to the beach, short walk down the street. The place is also a short walk from a deli/grocery, pizza, and ice cream. Nice stay! Only downside would be that parking is very limited.

Perfect OCNJ Getaway

The condo was perfect for our brief stay in OCNJ. Great location with a quick walk to the beach. Condo came equipped with everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and definitely be back next season.

Beach time!

Great location! So close to the beach and boardwalk in a quiet neighborhood! We will definitely go back and go more prepared next time with toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen and bath towels, spices and wine glasses!

Great stay

Beautiful city and neighborhood. The apartment is a 4-minute walk from the sea. The beach is located completely north of the Boardwalk, which we really appreciated because the space was larger and there were fewer vacationers. The apartment is old and small but the value for money is really excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. Aleays was very clean. We also have access to a laundry room (at a lower cost) which was very practical when we found our beach towels too dirty. We would come back without any hesitation.

Bday vacation

We had a very nice time staying here for my birthday. The parking can be an issue especially on weekends. We knew it was street parking only but there was literally no parking. The neighbors downstairs were kind enough to let us park in the driveway for a couple hours. We were able to find a spot eventually but it was on a different street. We walked everywhere so once we found a spot everything was good. The location is great

A small cozy 1 bdrm 2nd floor apt

I didn't quite realize how very small this place was. It was fine for just me, but it would be tight with two people. My only complaint is an odor in the living room and on the futon. It think it might be from cleaning spray, but I am sensitive to fragrances and was bothered by the smell.

We wanted a small place at the beach that felt like home. Most 1 bedroom properties felt like a motel. This cozy condo felt like 'ours' as soon as we saw it.
