Fully renovated apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

99 m² accommodation furnished with taste and modern, with panoramic views of the sea, the beach and the bay and the city.



It has a lift, garden, fenced plot, 15 m² terrace, ironing board, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, tennis court, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, seasonal communal swimming pool, outdoor parking in the same building, 3 TVs.

The open-plan kitchen, with induction hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of 200€ is retained by credit/debit card or cash if necessary.

- Check-in from 16:30h (high season from 18:00h)

- Check out before 11:00h

View exceptional

View was exceptional, comfortable beds, and had a washing machine. All that was needed for our 3 week stay. Location was great a good 40 minute walk to old town, but plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Lift down to promenade level. Broken furniture on balcony that had not been taken away. No cleaning agents.

Couldn’t get over the fabulous sunsets and sea views, and practically on the beach!

Loved the sea views, cleanliness, and decor. Great fridge freezer, and large tv No cushions for balcony chairs, portable oven was very slow to warm up, not suitable for cooking as took so long to get up to temp.(maybe an air fryer? A larger toaster would have been appreciated, as only did two slices at once.

It ll be perfect if the AC wasn’t making noise

The property was clean and on good location The room AC and hall AC was making too much noise after every five minutes, complained many times but no one came to repair, everything was perfect except AC that disturbed us a lot at night.

Unforgettable view and a very confortable stay!!!

The apartment is so close to the beach (2 steps and you feel the sand in your feet) and to all the services you need. The View is amazing. The cleanliness and the fornitures are so confortable. Also the pool was clean. Everything you need is there. Beautiful and confortable apartment. An apartment that accomodates till 6 persons should have bigger a water heater. We were in 5 and anytime we want to have shower we were waited at least 30 minutes from 2 showers to another. The pots were too small to cook for 5 persons. But all this can be fixed. It’s a place to stay!!!

Fijn verblijf in prima appartement voor een acceptabele prijs in de maand januari.

Fijn compleet appartement. Super breed bed, prima douche. Helaas te koud weer, maar gelukkig goede airco's aanwezig. Door stormachtige wind schade aan zonwering, maar werd meteen gerepareerd. Gebouw wordt goed onderhouden door attente concierges. Onze tweede keer in Don Miquel 1 en is prima bevallen. 🙂 Het weer....tja.... Verder geen teleurstellingen.

Las vistas excepcionales, el apartamento espectacular. Me parece injusto poner peros. Solo decirles, pero solo por el hecho de que lo arreglen que la cafetera debe tener un corto y hace saltar los plomos. E intentar mejorar el tema de la ropa de cama. Dos detalles mínimos porque el apartamento es de diez.

Goede vakantie gehad.

Mooie ligging en mooi appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, zeer mooie keuken. Bedden waren heel zacht en de kussen te groot en hard, vooral op het kleine tweepersoonsbed kwamen de kussen voorbij het matras tegen de nachtkasten aan. Dus op het kleine bed smallere kussens aanschaffen. Er waren geen kussens in de stoelen op balkon,misschien wel beter voor comfort.
