A Villa Rose Bay is a spacious and welcoming holiday home, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy and tranquility in a residential area of Albufeira.



The house begins with the living room, a bright and generous space designed for relaxing and social moments, with a direct connection to the dining area, creating a harmonious and functional environment to enjoy time together throughout the stay.



On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, one of which is en suite with a private bathroom with shower. There is also an additional bathroom with shower serving this floor and the common areas.



On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both en suite with private bathrooms with shower, offering extra comfort and privacy in a more secluded area of the house.



The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, providing all the necessary conditions to prepare meals comfortably during the stay.



Outside, the villa offers a pleasant outdoor dining area with barbecue, perfect for enjoying the Algarve climate. The private saltwater swimming pool invites moments of leisure and relaxation and can be used as a heatable pool (additional cost). There is also an outdoor guest bathroom, ensuring extra convenience when using the outdoor areas.



Villa Rose Bay is located in Ferreiras, in a quiet area of Albufeira, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, shops and the main points of interest in the region.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum/multiples 7 night stay & Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Standard Breakage Deposit: €500 / Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).

Another wonderful family holiday in this beautiful villa

The villa is so comfortable, has absolutely everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, very clean and spacious. Location is quiet, however a few minutes drive to albufeira old town. The heated pool was a plus and enjoyed by all during the stay . The Villa representative looked after us so well making sure we had everything we needed, we enjoyed our chats and look forward to our visit next year.

Lovely clean tidy villa, it was absolutely well presented and would have no hesitation staying again. Personally, a car is essential, although you can find local restaurants and shops within walking distance. Olivia and her team where very helpful with any quires we had.

The Villa is fantastic, but the service levels were very poor, always take photos of what’s wrong with the property prior to visit from the managers visit to you next day as no inventory is done prior to you entering, this is wrong and despite us identifying slight problems, immediately, I was delayed my £500 damage deposit on my return, when I left the Villa in a better state than I entered it, but the property is fantastic!!!

Beautiful, spacious villa.

Beautiful villa with lovely, well-maintained gardens. Gorgeous courtyard to the rear for pegging out washing. With two little girls aged 3 yrs and 1yr we really appreciated this and the very efficient washing machine. Villa is well laid out with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. There was no bath in any of the four bathrooms. Knowing this beforehand we took an inflatable bath purchased from Amazon with us and it worked a treat. Kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed. Only downside was that the chef’s knife wasn’t sharp - a minor issue which in no way detracted from our enjoyment. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home.

Everything about this property was fantastic. It was the cleanest villa I’ve ever stayed in, and the most well equipped! Sandra the local rep was absolutely fantastic and was there for any questions It was one of our most enjoyable holidays from start to finsih. Sandra booked the transfers which were perfect for our party and arrived at the exact time requested The pool was absolutely beautiful and so so clean! In our week stay, the pool maintenance came twice! That’s how clean it was! We opted for pool heating and it was absolutely perfect to get into. We had elderly relatives who were able to walk straight into the pool without feeling chilly. Uber into Albufeira old town took about 10 mins? Not a problem at all I cannot fault the property at all. This villa will not disappoint. Thank you for an amazing stay, we can’t wait to return.

Dieses Ferienhaus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Autobahn mit entsprechenden Lärmbelästigungen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ viele Wünsche offen und ist gelinde gesagt hinsichtlich des Mietpreises schon eine große Enttäuschung. Der Check-In zur Abend/Nachtzeit war eine Katastrophe, da diese Immobilie im Dunkeln nicht auffindbar war.Ansonsten sind einige weitere Beanstandungen und Reklamationen vom hiesigen Verwalter / Agentur völlig ignoriert worden.Das Resümee hier heraus ist, dass der Mietpreiis im Verhältnis zur Leistung überzogen ist.
