Los Flamencos apto K32

Three bedroom, two bathroom duplex apartment situated in Los Flamencos complex which is front line beach. The apartment has it's own wifi connection, air conditioning , 2 upstairs bedrooms (one with a private terrace), 1 downstairs bedroom and a terrace with evening sun and views to the Puerto de la Duquesa gardens. There is also underground parking and access to the communal swimming pool.

Please be aware that the swimming pool opening times are from 11:00 till 15:00 and 17:00 till 21:00 and is open from May till the 31st October.

Communal facilities are subject to availability.

Back to Duquesa again

We had a very enjoyable 6 weeks in the apartment and by the end of our stay the sun even came onto our balcony by 4.0pm .Kitchen was well equipped and location was as we know , great ! Issues were that not all the aircon works , the electric wall heaters didn’t despite being given the remotes, the drains were so smelly that we had numerous calls to the agents , ( their answer was ‘ , we’ve done all we can so accept it or move out with a refund ), the electrics kept tripping , the microwave turntable doesn’t fit so make a clashing sound per revolution,hot water so hot it’s possibly dangerous.,balcony flooded when heavy rain and leaked into sitting room, no table or chairs to top balcony , front door has to be slammed to close,,shower in top bathroom leaks to room , swimming pool closed .No dishwasher which for a 6 person plus part. Is hard to manage..We think it’s a great apartment and would suggest that the above issues could be addressed to make it even better .Thank you for allowing us 6 weeks avoiding the UK winter
