Sitges Spaces Urban Oasis is a newly renovated apartment (2023) with exquisite decoration and finishes, decorated with elegant lines to ensure a very comfortable and pleasant stay!

The property is located in a privileged area in the center of town, just few meters from the beaches, offering the best of Sitges, with its microclimate all year round, where you can enjoy an excellent quality of life, close to services, such as restaurants, supermarkets, leisure, nautical services, sports, transport and an exclusive cove with a beautiful beach a few meters walk.

The house is fully furnished and equipped, including all appliances, kitchenware, Smart TV and Wi-Fi! All ready to enjoy your vacations or temporary stays!This comfortable and modern apartment offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main room with en-suite bathroom and shower provides a queen size bed. The second room has two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed. There is a second bathroom also with a walk-in shower. The house also offers a terracethat extends from the living room to the main bedroom, providing a pleasant outdoor space while allowing plenty of natural light to enter throughout the day thanks to its south-facing orientation!

The apartment has a modern central air conditioning system to insure you full comfort at any time of the year!

The apartment is located in a beach area with restaurants. Ideal for not having to drive.

As this is a MONTHLY rental unit with special reduced long term prices, utilities (electric, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout clean will automatically be added to the final price. For stays of more than one month, cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30 day period at a charge of 95€ /service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory and meant to ensure that the apartment is always correctly cleaned and maintained. Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€/Pet/Month (maximum 300€/pet/stay). According to recent regulatory changes at the end of 2025 (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya) this apartment can only be rented for reasons of Holidays/Vacations, Recreation and Leisure and guest will be required to sign a seasonal rental contract and subject to provide necessary documentation to ensure compliance. Guests will also be required to pay an additional security deposit (calculated based on the length of stay) which by law must be deposited with the Catalan Land Institute (Incasol) and will be returned within 30 days after departure. Guest will also be required to confirm that this is not their primary residence. We regret any inconvenience for this additional bureaucracy but compliance is mandatory by the Catalunya State Government.
