Villa Rosso is a beautifully sophisticated holiday villa located in the Kordere district of Kalkan, perched on the hillside above the main town. This ensures the villa boasts jaw-dropping sea and sunset views. There is a very tastefully modern open-plan living area and a private pool that is secluded from the outside. It is the perfect holiday location for families or groups of friends looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a very private environment.

The villa has four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and can accommodate up to nine guests. The property is just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Kalkan, and there are two supermarkets within easy walking distance of the villa. The entry to the villa is down a flight of steps leading from the private car park suitable for 2 vehicles. Just outside the entrance the garden area has a table tennis table for the entertainment of its guests.

Ground Floor – Villa Rosso
On the ground floor, there is a large living/kitchen/dining space with full height glazing that provides direct access to the pool terrace and maximises the stunning sea views. The furnishings are modern and contemporary, and include a flat-screen smart TV.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances including a fridge, built-in oven hob, microwave oven, Turkish toaster, kettle, Turkish and f’ltre coffee machines, and water dispenser. The kitchen island has a built-in induction electric hob, and there is an adjacent dining table for 8.

A twin bedroom with a flat-screen TV and en-suite shower room with a rainforest shower and glass screen is located at the rear of the ground floor of the property. There is also a separate cloakroom adjacent to the villa’s entrance where the washing machine is located.

First Floor – Villa Rosso
The first floor has one double and one triple bedroom. The double bedroom on this floor is absolutely stunning and has a king-size bed, an extra large jacuzzi with sea views, a private furnished sea view balcony, flat-screen TV, massive dressing area, and a luxurious shower room with twin wash hand basins and a rainforest shower all surrounded by glass screens.

The triple bedroom has a double bed area and an adjoining room with one single bed and one cot for the use of children. It also has an extra-large jacuzzi with sea views, a private furnished sea view balcony, flat-screen TV, luxurious shower room, and large dressing area. Its interconnecting room is furnished with a single bed, baby’s cot, and armchair.

Second Floor/Roof Terrace – Villa Rosso
Stairs lead up to the second floor where there is a small sink unit with a kettle and mini-fridge to allow guests to make refreshments without going downstairs. This top floor has one double bedroom under the roof space with a king-size bed and flats screen TV which opens onto the furnished sea view roof terrace. It too has an en-suite shower room with a rainforest shower.

Bedroom 2 – Located on the first floor. Double en-suite shower room with king size bed, extra large sea view jacuzzi, large dressing area, wardrobe, full-length mirror, flat screen TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, and balcony with two chairs and a coffee table, stunning sea views. En-suite bathroom area with twin wash hand basins and a rainforest shower all surrounded by glass screens.

Bedroom 3 – Located on the first floor. Sleeping accommodation for 3 guests comprising two adjoining rooms, one with a king size bed, large sea view jacuzzi, flat screen tv,, armchair, dressing table with mirror and the other with one single bed and one cot (ideal for small children wishing to sleep near their parents). Large dressing area and en-suite shower room with rain forest shower and glass screens. Private furnished sea view balcony.

Bedroom 4 – Located on the second floor. King size bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV, Direct access to the roof terrace with two sun loungers and side table. Panoramic sea views. En-suite shower room with rain forest shower and glass screen.

Outdoors – Villa Rosso
The outdoor areas of Villa Rosso are truly magnificent, with stunning sea views and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. In addition to the sunbathing area and private pool, there’s also a shaded dining area and a BBQ, making it the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining with family and friends.

The infinity pool is a fantastic feature of the villa, and is secluded from outside. Measuring 10 by 4 metres and 1.55 metres in depth, it is entered by means of steps. The pool also incorporates a shallow area for sun loungers and a children/hydro massage pool.

The pool terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers, 2 large parasols, a comfortable seating group, a swing, outdoor shower, dining area for 8 under a shady pergola with adjacent barbeque and sink area. To wrap this all up there is also table football on the pool terrace and table tennis in the the rear garden area.
