The living areas in this second-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and Smart TV. There are two king-size bedrooms, serviced by a shower. Outside, there are shared communal gardens to the rear, along with permit parking in a nearby car park. Within 0.2 miles, you will find the nearest shop, pub and beach. Please note, this is a pet-free-non-smoking property. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Bring the family to make memories at Fore Street House - Apt 3. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Town: The seaside village of Seaton is at the mouth of the River Seaton in Cornwall and you will find a family friendly south facing beach and the nearby Seaton Valley Countryside Park and Nature reserve is home to wildlife, including otters and kingfishers and also offers great cycling and walking opportunities. The picturesque working harbours at Looe and Polperro are within an easy driving distance away, and the wonderful stretches of the South West Coast Path in this part of Cornwall take you to rocky coves, dramatic headlands and tales of shipwrecks and smugglers. Further afield is Plymouth, where you will find plenty to see and do, including a marine aquarium, a theatre, large shopping centres and the historic Barbican waterside area.
