Appartement Mittelberg in Aparthotel, Kleinwalsertal, Summer & Winter Sports

In the apartment there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a large balcony. The fresh and modern décor offers (sleeping) places for a maximum of 4 people.

The kitchen is equipped with a sink, a four-burner electric hotplate, fridge with freezer, mini oven and dishwasher.In the furnished luxury bathroom there is a toilet and shower. The balcony offers beautiful views of the mountains. There is free private parking in the underground car park. Of course, there is free Wi-Fi in our apartment. The bedroom has a double bed (2 x 80 x 200) pillows and duvets (1P) are present. You will need to provide your own linen (kitchen, bath and bed linen). It is also possible to rent bed linen at the reception of the aparthotel.

The living room has a comfortable dining area, flatscreen TV and (sleeping) sofa. The sofa (2 x 80 x 200) can be easily converted. There is then a sleeping possibility for a maximum of 2 people.

Mittelberg is located in the Kleinwalsertal and lies at an altitude of 1215 meters. The Kleinwalsertal is a valley in the state of Vorarlberg and is about 770 kilometers from Arnhem (the Netherlands). Mittelberg is easy to reach and you don't need a motorway vignette.

In winter, the Kleinwalsertal is a beautiful hiking and skiing area. There are perfect slopes for both beginners and advanced winter sports enthusiasts. In summer there are opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful nature. Guests of our apartments are allowed to use the underground car park, the indoor swimming pool, the sauna and the sports hall free of charge. In the period from May to November, guests of our apartments are also allowed to use the gondolas and ski lifts without restriction.

Wandern mit Kindern

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Mit zwei Buben die auch nach dem Wandern noch genügend Möglichkeiten hatten sich auszutoben. Nicht nur im Schwimmbad sondern auch im Fussball Bereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage - schlechter Wohnungszustand

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut im Kleinwalsertal gelegen. Gute Anbindung via Bus bzw. die Seilbahnen sind ganz in der Nähe. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist ein privates Apartment inmitten eines Hotels, was ein paar Vorteile mit sich bringen kann (bspw. Wellness-Möglichkeiten oder Restaurant). Allerdings war / ist diese in keinem guten Zustand und die letzte Reinigung vor uns war maximal oberflächlich: - Dicke Staubschichten keine Seltenheit - Benutzte Taschentücher unter den Betten. - Verschmutze Gläser, welche auch teilweise beschädigt sind - Seifenspender war so gut wie leer - Exakt ein Spültab war noch vorhanden Die Duschtür ist derart verzogen, dass man zusehen muss, wie man die Tür oben sowie unten in der Kabine sauber verschießt. Keine Weiterempfehlung.

Der Vollständigkeit halber möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass die Wohnung im November komplett renoviert und komplett neu eingerichtet wird.
