First-line apartment in the Parador area. Just above Carabeillo/Burriana beach.

The apartment is newly refurbished to a high standard and is well located in Edificio Tuhillo on the second floor, 19 steps. It's on one level and 100 m2.
Just a few minutes flat walk to the center of Nerja, 6-8 minutes walk to Balcon De Europa. Stair case down to the beach just outside the house. Padel court a few minutes walk.
It has three bedrooms with a total of six beds.
Two bathrooms, but only ONE has a shower. The modern semi open plan kitchen has
dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso, coffee machine and a wine cooler.
The lounge and dining area has glass sliding doors leading to a sunny south facing covered terrace, with stunning sea and costal views.
The terrace is also overlooking the pool and the garden.
The communal pool has sun loungers, shower, toilet, a large lawn and a spectacular sea views and it's open all year round.

Air condition in all rooms. Wifi and TV with internationals channels.

You can park the car for free on the street outside the building or on a large car parking lot locaded within 3 minutes walk.
Everything is included in the price,
final cleaning, wifi, AC, sheets and towels. Not the beach towels.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Fabulous location

Yvonne‘s place is in the perfect location, near to everything we needed. The three bedrooms and one and a half baths are hard to find and we really appreciated having this in such a great location. The views from the balcony are stunning. You definitely will not regret renting this beautiful apartment :)

Great to be back in Nerja!

This is our second time in Nerja and we opted to stay in the same general location we did two years ago; in between the Balcón and Burrianna Beach, walking distance to beaches, shops, restaurants and public transports. The renovated second floor apartment offers a fantastic sea view from the large balcony and is located in a quieter part of town, away from the touristy areas.

Appt location and views are excellent. Communication with the owner on line was excellent. In Nerja communication with manger of apartment not very good. TV not working and Fridge leaking water due to ice building but no actions taken during 8 days stay.

Nice Appartment

We had a overall nice stay at this appartment. Great communication with the owner who also gave tips on where to eat etc.The area is very crowded - at least in July and if you are coming by car you need to expect to pay aprox 20 per day on privateparking as it is as good as impossible to find streetparking in the area. The Appartment is quite worn and in my opinion needs an overhaul with new kitchen etc. Balcony is nice and the view is great. There was a lot of noice from the poolarea even after 22 where it was supposed to be closed!!.I would recommend the appartment

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The aircon was very effective and much appreciated in the heat of August. The location was perfect as it is within 10mins walk of the Balcon de Europe which has lots of restaurants bars and cafes etc. The beach is just below and accessible by some steps. There is a stunning sea view from the living area snd balcony. The bar/cafe opposite the complex is fab - relaxed atmosphere, frequented by both locals and tourists. Nice pool area and well kept grounds. Pity there was a tendency for some guests to monopolise the sunloungers by staking their claim early in the day even though they only intended making use of them for a few hours. That said, it was always possible to get one in the late afternoon so not a massive issue. Overl this is a super apartment to enjoy Nerja.

Comfortable apartment in Nerja

The apartment has been furnished well with comfortable beds and sofa / chairs. Well equipped kitchen if you want to stay in and cook. It is located in a great spot with restaurants only a 5 mins walk. Bakus restaurant is very close by but you need to book a table and Redondo in the center of Nerja is great for Tapas.

Perfect Location

Very pleased with the property and area. Ideally located for Burriana beach and Nerja town centre. Property has everything.. chairs & umbrellas for the beach and everything you could poss need in the kitchen. Didn’t use the pool during the stay, our children prefer the beach but was clean and a good size. Would happily stay here again on our next trip, thank you for having us. Host was very friendly, what a good find!

Our family of five (children ages 9, 7, 5) really enjoyed our stay here. Great pool. Unbeatable views. Unit layout worked well for our family. Only issues were aircon was difficult to operate, lack of essentials like hand soap and tp and beach chair was broken. Stayed for 2 full weeks.

Perfect view

Yvonnes apartment is just fantastic. The balcon is in shadow all day so you can enjoy the great view of the sea and hear the waves without melting in the sun. You can even see the water while you cook in the kitchen. The placement of the apartment just 5 min. from restaurants and city life, but without any noice in the night, is the best. We would love to come back.

Property is as photos show. In a perfect location. Has everything you need in the accommodation. Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival, the hand over wasnt explained in great detail if i wanted to be picky, however we found out some things for ourselves. Could do with a freshen up with a bit of paint, however it didnt spoil our holiday. Yvonne was extremely helpful when With a taxi from the airport. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or return.

Enjoying Nerja

The apartment was amazing with a patio overlooking the ocean that we throughly enjoyed. The apartment was in a great location with close walking distance to the shopping and restaurants. We stayed for 2 weeks and needed a change of sheets and towels as there was only one set provided. We contacted the property manager but they did not accommodate or respond. It was disappointing but did not take away from our experience. We would stay there again.

Perfect Holiday December 2023

The arrangement with Yvonne and her staff in Nerja was so perfect, that we opened the door of the taxi and already someone waiting with the keys of the appartment. The appartment is equipped with everything you could wish. The kitchen has 3! different freezers, a new stove with an extractor hood and a lot of equipment for cooking. We used that every day with great joy. For taking your meals you have the choice to sit on the balcony with the sound of the sea or in eating area „just“ with sea views. Sleeping was a dream. All 3 bedrooms have very good matress und nice bed clothes. There was no sound from outside, neither in the evening nor in the morning. I had the moorish room with a very unique lamp that made nice projection to the ceiling and the walls. I had the feeling of beeing in a Ryad in Marrakesh. Every morning starts with a very special show: The sunset! The sun rises over the Mediterranean Sea. It is just sensationel to see that on the balcony with the sound oft he waves. In December you have sunshine on the balcony untill 3 PM. After that you can go down a few steps to the palm tree pool area and enjoy the afternoon sun there. The appartment is perfect for a winter holiday because the temperature inside can be warmed with 5 individually aircon devices. During out stay there was no need to use that. The 2 bathrooms have floor heaters. I have been to Nerja more than 6 times, but I never stayed so comfortable with such great views. I would like to come back very soon.
