Down the stairs through the garden leads to Burriana Beach, Nerja's best beach, located 50 meters from the house. Fully equipped for 4/6 people. Swimming pool and gardens with subtropical flora and a beautiful artificial lake with plants. Direct access to the beach, steps and road. Internet connection free. Large spacious kitchen complete with crockery and cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two bathrooms with bath, one of them with bidet. Hairdryer. The spacious living room and bedroom have views to the ocean and access to the terrace, which has table, chairs and loungers. Another large bedroom, bright flushes courtyard. Large closets in both bedrooms. Flat screen TV. DVD player (supports USB, pen drive, and HDMI). Fans.
The complex has a bar-restaurant and a children and an adult pool open seasonally. Reception service and maintenance information. Day and night security. Hipermarkets at 800 meters offer delivery. Large variety of restaurants to 100 meters, on the beach. Located 800 meters from the center of Nerja and the “Balcon de Europa”. You can park on the street or in the covered parking of urbanization. No disabled facilities. Pets are not allowed.

It was a lovely stay, the apartment was very big (much bigger than the pictures show!) Was a very nice complex with beautiful scenery, lots of steps but everywhere in Nerja is hilly so to be expected. Swimming pool was lovely and the beach ..... busy!!

Amazing rental!

We had the absolute best stay at this rental! The owner checked in with us before, during and after to make sure everything was going well. The condo itself was so roomy and comfortable - it felt like home away from home. The location and view (especially to other units at the complex) are unbeatable. We wish we would have booked a couple days more. So relaxing! If and when we come back to Nerja, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

Superb location

Really enjoyed our stay, superb location in Neeja for access to Burianna beach and its restaurants and bars..Great air conditioning through out partner which was well needed during our stay. Great slestion of towels for both the bathroom and pool / beach. Pool with cafe and snack bar is very handy if you want to avoid the beach. Only con would be the apartment is a little tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint to liven it up. Overall I would highly recommend.

Amazing Experience

We had an incredible time in Nerja in this condo was the perfect stay for us. It’s location to the beach. The view and amenities were exactly as described. Alicia was the perfect host. Communication was thorough and timely. Provided recommendations where to go to shop and eat. We left here to go to Marbella for our final three days of our trip in Spain and I wish I had stayed here instead for the remainder.

We highly recommend Alicia's lovely two bedroom condo. Fabulous sea/beach views from everywhere. Steps away from the sea, terrific restaurants, Burriana beach. We stayed a week and hope to return soon.

Wonderful view to the beach, comfortable accommodation

Slightly dated but very comfortable apartment. We stayed for 2 weeks and had easy access to the beach and restaurants via steps through gardens. Very easy access to the communal pool. A private free garage provided covered parking for our car. Street parking was also available. Alicia quickly dealt with any issues we had. Enjoyed many nights on the terrazzo enjoying the view and food sourced from 2 close excellent supermarkets. Wonderful stay.

Amazing location and nice host

The property fully lives up to the expectations you get from the pictures. We loved the walk down to the beach where you pass into botanical garden like surroundings with a waterfall and turtles in the water and beautiful plants. The beach of Nerja is beautiful and one of the best beaches we have experienced in the Malaga area.

Very comfortable apartment with fantastic sea view

We had a fantastic time in Alicia's apartment. It is clean, cozy and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The terrace is very large and sunny. It was easy to find a parking place nearby the apartment. We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay here again!

February Get Away

We especially enjoyed the ocean views and large kitchen. We had a rental car which was handy. Parking spaces here are extremely tight, so I don’t recommend a big car. The place is user friendly and host is very good about communicating.

Overall good experience, nice size balcony with furniture, larger than it looks on the photos, only air con in main bedroom and lounge, kitchen well equipment but a bit tired and plenty of English tv channels. main issue it is definately not a 1 minute walk to the beach- 5 minutes through gardens and down steps- Steps being main issue, almost 160 of them to go up and down every time you wanted to head to town. My wife has a bit of a bad knee and really struggled to do them more than once a day

Beautiful Apartment with a great sea view

We stayed here for 4 nights and were very comfortable as a family of 4 with young children. They loved the location and the beautiful walk to the beach past ponds, waterfalls, and magical gardens, with lots of wildlife to spot along the way. The apartment is well equipped and clean. We would recommend anyone to stay and will one day be back again.

The grounds of the development are wonderfully cared for and beautiful. The property was just as listed. We enjoyed the beautiful apartment views from the balcony. It was a great location to access the beach, shops and many restaurants. We were 3 friends ( 60-70) that are fit and active... many stairs to the beach but places to rest. Fabulous location - Great Apartment

The apartment is one of the few in the complex, that has the sun from early morning to late afternoon. Its position also shields you from the strong offshore winds. Compared to other apartments, it is an easier walk up from the beach. The balcony is very large, and yet provides great privacy. The kitchen has everything you need. Alicia, the owner, was easy to deal with, and quick to respond to any needs. We will return.

Mario and Mary are two very kind people who stayed at home for a whole month. They came from Canada, then they enjoyed with great enthusiasm the sunny days of the soft winter in Nerja. They like culture and nature very much, so they were delighted with the variety of options of the two types offered by the area. As they had promised me, they looked after the house as if it were their own, and they communicated with me very warmly to any information they had to give me about the house, and they actively collaborated when something had to be done to operate the house. They left the house in perfect condition. Of course I recommend them as guests and I wait for them again if they return to Spain. Thank you!

Excellent view from the balcony on the sea and beach, not a problem walking down the 150 stairs down to the beach, the ponds with fish and turtles were a motivation to the kids every time we walked by. Close to the pool that was well maintained and clean. The apartment is a little dated furniture wise, we don't use TV on our vacation, so we did not check channels. The access with google maps was a little hard, but we eventually found the place. we strongly recommend it.

We enjoyed exploring Nerja and the relaxing beach culture.

The property was just as listed. There were two couples in our grip and we enjoyed the beautiful apartment views from the balcony. It was a great location to access the beach, shops and many restraints. We loved swimming in the refreshing ocean waters. We are in our late 50’s and early sixties. The walk back to the apartment was hilly but it’s a mix of stairs and walkway. It’s landscaped with places to rest. We had no difficulty making the return trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to Alicia’s place.

Great location, lovely views a bit dated.

We have visited Nerja several times before and love it there. We thought we’d try staying somewhere different but still wanted to be close to the beach and facilities. This apartment, in Capistrano Playa, is large with lovely views of the sea and beach from the also large balcony. It is close to the beach and shops/bars but lovely and quiet. It is quite a climb (150 steps to the beach) as described -it’s a nice/pretty walk but you do need to factor this in fitness wise. The on-site pool and bar ran by David is lovely too. The apartment is quite dated -particularly the kitchen and bathrooms and could have been cleaner but we were hardly there as we were enjoying using the beach/pool so this didn’t faze us.

Outstanding location in Nerja

We had a fantastic 3 week stay here in late January to early February. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The complex it is in is quite beautiful, and the location is outstanding. It sits nestled on the hillside with gorgeous views of the sea. You will hear the surf at night. The large terrace gets lots of sun, and we enjoyed sitting there and relaxing. There is a beautiful walk down to the beach with terraced gardens and waterfalls. You must be fit to climb stairs to appreciate it. The apartment is located right behind the Burriana Playa, and quite near the wonderful Ayo restaurant where they cook Paella over a wood fire all day on the beach. It’s a 15 minute walk to the downtown area, the Plaza de Balcon de Europa and the Calle Pintada. We had so much fun here, and hope to return again someday. Our host Alicia was very gracious, and the onsite maintenance man Francis was very helpful during our stay as well. Thank you for hosting us Alicia!

Amazing terrace views

This villa has everything you need ! And more ! The views from the terrace of the beach and sea are to die for ! Communication with Alicia was great ! However if you have young children or have difficulty with steps ! There are lot down to the beach and up to the pool ! The villa is older as I expected from photos. It was a shame it did have a musty smell which I assume was from being empty for a while but every day we aired each room and that helped. It could do with a freshen up of paint maybe inside and a new shower curtain in second bathroom and bedroom curtains a wash to freshen. Just a few small things would make a huge difference and that’s why I gave a 4 star for cleanliness . Otherwise the property was clean and tidy just a bit dated . Hopefully this is taken as constructive criticism .The complex itself was stunning with amazing gardens turtles in the ponds ducks wandering around and a beautiful pool area. Hopefully the suggestions go down well as I feel this would really maximise its potential. Thank you Alicia for having us

I am very happy that you liked the place and enjoyed your stay. The location of the house, above the sea and at a height that allows you to have such wonderful views, necessarily requires going up and down from the house to the sea. That, of course, is announced in the description of the apartment. I'm very sorry that there was a smell, it may be that it was closed longer than normal and prior ventilation was not effective. We will take into account all your suggestions, thank you very much. The house has a rustic style, wooden furniture and cabinets, a Mediterranean style. We actually plan to paint the interior of the house this fall. If you return to Spain, you will always be welcome.

Why they chose this property

We were attracted to this area of the coast of Málaga by the beautiful and varied landscape: sea, mountains, sea cliffs, crystalline water and antique white Andalusian villages originally preserved. We used to go there with our small children, to the large Burriana Beach and also to very small beaches (“calas”) where they could move along by themselves. The wonderful climate, the warmth and friendliness of people, the various trips you can do in the area, from small towns to cities such as Málaga and Granada... all caught us in Nerja and in this house over the sea.
