The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV and dining seating for eight. The bedrooms include two doubles and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is a rear patio and furniture and ample off-road parking for up to four cars. Within 0.6 miles there is a shop and pub. Two pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Retreat to Delabere Road for a delightful base in Gloucestershire. Please Note: Unfortunately, there is no EV car charging facilities at this property.

Just a short drive away is Stratford-upon-Avon, which dates back to the medieval times and boasts many historic buildings including Shakespeare's birthplace and Anne Hathaway's cottage, The Royal Shakespeare Theatre, many traditional pubs, excellent restaurants and individual shops, as well as boat hire and cruises along the River Avon. Also within reach is Draycote Water, which offers 650 acres of water for sailors and windsurfers, as well as offering lovely walks, cycle trails, birdwatching and fishing.
