Welcome to our stunning 5 bedroom detached home at the end of a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Cheltenham Town Centre.
Welcome to our beautiful self-catering holiday home in Cheltenham!
With its own private entrance, our spacious home is spread over two floors and has off road parking for up to 4 cars.
On the ground floor, you'll find a comfy lounge with seating for 8, a 65" flat-screen TV, and patio doors leading out to a fully enclosed private rear garden.
The open-plan kitchen diner is perfect for entertaining and comes fully equipped for all your basic cooking needs.
The kitchen features two fridge freezers, a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, and induction hob. You'll also find a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary pods provided.
The dining table, which seats 8, also has patio doors that lead out to the garden.
The ground floor also has a modern shower room and bedroom 4, with a king-size zip-and-link bed that can be split into singles upon request.
Upstairs, there are 4 double bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Bedroom 1 boasts a super king bed with a luxurious mattress that is firm on one side and soft on the other.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have zip-and-link king-size beds that can be made into singles if required.
Bedroom 5 features a double bed,.
All bedrooms include wardrobes for hanging and storing your clothes.
The modern family bathroom upstairs offers a bath with a shower over.
Outside, the quiet and private rear garden includes a dining table with seating for 8, a patio, and a lawned area.
The front drive provides parking for up to 4 cars.

Nunney Close is located to close by to General Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) in Cheltenham and is often referred to as the Centre For The Cotswolds.
Cheltenham is a vibrant Regency spa town known for its elegant architecture, cultural festivals, and beautiful parks. It offers a mix of traditional charm and modern amenities. Visitors can enjoy a variety of events throughout the year, including the famous Cheltenham Festival, which features horse racing, jazz, literature, and science festivals.
The Cotswolds is a picturesque region characterised by rolling hills, quaint villages, and historic market towns. Known for its honey-colored stone buildings and scenic landscapes, it's a perfect destination for outdoor activities like hiking and cycling. The area is rich in history and offers numerous attractions, including stately homes, gardens, and charming pubs.
Nunney Close also is a 10 minute drive away from Gloucester, where ancient Roman ruins meet medieval architecture and modern culture. One of the city's highlights is the stunning Gloucester Cathedral, renowned for its Gothic vaults, intricate stained glass windows, and royal tombs. Fans of Harry Potter will recognise it as a filming location for the popular movies. Nearby, The Gloucester Docks offer a vibrant waterfront experience with museums, shops, and restaurants housed in beautifully restored Victorian warehouses.
Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary sachets of tea, coffee, sugar along with Nespresso style coffee pods to use with the Nespresso coffee maker. Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other cooking basics such as oil, milk etc. if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you.
We also supply all linen for the 3 king beds, double bed and single bed, along with 2 pillows per guest. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Shower gel, hand soap and hand & body lotion is also available in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel.
We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights, please contact us for availability and pricing.
Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out, please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
Please Note: 3 of the bedrooms have Zip and Link beds that can separated and dressed as single beds on request. Please let us know when you book if this is something you require.
Thank you for choosing to stay in our home. To ensure your experience is as enjoyable as possible while preserving the condition of this special home, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Guests who wish to smoke must do so on the street away from the premises. Please be mindful when handling luggage or belongings to avoid any damage to the walls.
For H&S reasons I'm afraid BBQ's and Fireworks are prohibited at the property.
For guests brings pets - they must not be left at home unattended when you head out.
We aim to provide you with the most comfortable stay. If you experience any issues, please let us know upon check-in, and we will address them swiftly. Out of respect for neighbours, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. Additionally, guests must refrain from socialising outdoors after 10pm and the hot tub cannot be used after this time.
Shoes must be removed on carpeted area, and all waste must be placed in the bins provided. While we do allow events, we kindly remind guests that all other rules must still be adhered to. Under no circumstances can banners or balloons be taped or tacked to the walls to preserve the immaculate finish of the property.
