Nestled in the grounds of a family home, Keepers Homes consists of two beautifully presented Cotswold holiday properties. Together these properties can sleep up to six guests, in three bedrooms, with two bathrooms. Once outbuildings, they have been lovingly renovated with contemporary fittings whilst retaining some of their period charm and attributes of their former uses. Each property has its own wonderful highlight - Keepers Annexe offers stunning views over the neighbouring farmland whilst Keepers Stable has a unique bubbling hot tub on the patio immersed amongst the woodland. Keepers Stable acts as the hub for dining and relaxing as a group, whilst Keepers Annexe is the perfect retreat for those guests seeking extra privacy and peace. Keepers Homes allows two medium sized dogs, so you can bring your four-legged friend to enjoy the holiday too!

With three bedrooms spread across the two holiday properties, these homes are perfectly suited for families or friends looking to relax together near Cranham. These dog friendly Cotswold properties are laid out as follows:

Keepers Stable

Kitchen area features a double induction hob, small Belfast sink, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, kettle, milk frother, Phillips Krupps coffee machine with starter supply of pods, toaster, dining table seating four, electric wood burner and Freeview TV
Three-seater sofa, armchair, ottoman and wireless Bose speaker system

Master bedroom (Sleeps 2)
Super king size bed, chair and chest of drawers

Family bathroom
Walk-in rain shower, basin, loo, hairdryer and towel rail

Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2)
King size bed (can be two 75cm wide single beds on request), built-in wardrobe, full length mirror and chest of drawers

Outside
Decked patio with hot tub (available on request only), outdoor table seating four, bench and woodland views with direct access
The zip wire and stone seating campfire area in the woodland are available for guest use

Keepers Annexe

Keepers Annexe is accessed via an external staircase and is set on the first floor

Sunny aspect with vaulted patio doors and windows overlooking the neighbouring field, king size bed, two-seater sofa, Smart TV, ottoman, footstool, Bose wireless system, selection of books and games, and dining table seating two

Compact space with Nespresso coffee machine (starter supply of pods provided), double electric induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, kettle and toaster

Walk-in rain shower, loo, basin and heated towel rail

The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 3 additional infants (aged 2 or under)

Off street parking is available for up to 4 cars
2 travel cots and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cots, as this is not provided)

The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

A security deposit is required at this property
Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
The zip wire and campfire area can be used by guests, however, please note that this is at your own risk and that children should always be supervised by adults
Keepers Annexe is located above the owner's garage (there are times of the year when this will be in use, however efforts have been taken to minimise noise)
There are Ring cameras in the courtyard, however these do not look into the stable windows or near the hot tub
Keepers Stable and Keepers Annexe are two self-contained properties in the grounds where the owner lives

Weekend getaway

A really lovely location which was perfect for a getaway with friends. We hired the stables and the annex for the 6 of us which worked perfectly. We loved the hot tub in the evening and there were plenty of lovely walks locally. James was incredibly helpful when we realised there was no oven for some of the food we bought and let us use the main house which was over and above. The zip wire was great fun (and faster than expected :-) ) A very convenient location to explore the area!

A stay in nature

Really lovely space in the Cotswolds to relax and be in nature. Hot tub in the woods and very warm cabins to come back to make it homely.
