The bright two-room apartment is located in the historic centre of Rome and has a large living room with sofa bed, TV, dining table and open kitchen. A door leads to the sleeping area, which includes a bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with shower and toilet and ante-bathroom with washing machine, boiler and storage room.

Living room and kitchen

The bright one-bedroom apartment opens onto a large modern living room with a few vintage touches, such as the wooden table and chest. The sofa bed is in front of the TV cabinet, behind it is the dining table with six seats, and next to it is the open kitchen equipped with all major appliances. All the floors are parquet and there are two air-conditioning splits, one for each room in the flat, guaranteeing an ideal temperature at all times.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The bright double bedroom is furnished with bedside tables and relative bedside lamps, a three-door wardrobe and chest of drawers placed under an elegant octagonal mirror with a gilded frame, and enriched by a comfortable extendable velvet armchair. The bathroom, complete with all sanitary facilities and a large shower, is located inside the room, separated by an ante-bathroom where the washing machine is located.
