Villa Picasso can accommodate up to 10 guests within the Aquarelles **** residence. It is located in the heart of a tropical garden, just a few dozen meters from the seafront. The residence is gated, offering a secure and very quiet environment.
Ideal for two families or five couples, it offers all the comfort of a modern villa. A small supermarket is located 500 meters away.
Coastal walks on foot, a beach in front of the residence, and immediate proximity to all activities and excursions in the North Basse-Terre region.

You benefit from the exclusive use of the villa.
The number of bedrooms opened is adapted to your group:
1 bedroom (1–2 guests), 2 bedrooms (3–4 guests), or 3 bedrooms (5–6 guests).
Unused bedrooms remain closed and are never rented to third parties.
If you wish to use additional bedrooms beyond this allocation, a small extra charge applies (please contact us).
Important: It is mandatory to indicate the exact number of guests when making your reservation.
