About this space
With unmatched views over every corner of Belfast, you wont get a better vantage point or a better apartment for your stay.
Just 10 minutes walk from the best shopping, bars, restaurants and cafes in the city and easy walking distance to pretty much all tourist attractions.
Two huge bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows and a large kitchen/living/dining area for socializing in. Complete with balcony, we just know you will love the unparalleled sunset and sunrise views over the city.
The space
Location
Our apartment is located just 10 minutes walk from what is without doubt the most amazing part of an amazing city.
It is in the Sailortown area of the city centre and close to the Cathedral Quarter so benefits from its very close proximity to Belfast's most famous bars, restaurants, music venues and theatres (we recommend Coppi for great Italian food and Muddler's Club for a special occasion).
Even closer than the Cathedral Quarter you will find a superb bar called the American. It does great beers and food and is just around the corner.
For all major attractions in Belfast such as Titanic Museum, City Hall, and Crumlin Gaol it is very much possible (and recommended!) to walk but if you want a taxi or Uber, these are plentiful and very reasonable.
In addition the very convenient open-top tourist bus stops very close by to the apartment and this is a fantastic way to get to know the city. Although you are close to the action, our 12th floor location means you will not be troubled by any noise. Free parking provided!
We are also just 7 minutes walk from Yorkgate station which makes trips up to the beautiful north coast a breeze!
The Space
This truly is one of the best apartments available in Belfast. Our apartment is located on the 12th floor and been refurbished with new and very comfortable furnishings. Relax in the living room with very comfy sofas and smart TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, take a long hot bath in the new bathroom suite after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on the soft and cosy double beds.
Sumptuous furnishings and large bedrooms throughout add to the very spacious feel of the apartment.
The feature piece - the private balcony opens fully from the living room giving the apartment a great airiness and providing sublime views across the city and over the mountains. The sunset views from this are truly spectacular.
FREE PARKING SPACE PROVIDED
Other things to note
Absolutely no parties, no extra guests at any time without permission, and no excessively loud noise/music. Due to surveillance in the building, such occurrences will quickly be brought to our attention and the stay will be cancelled immediately without refund.
We have to be strict on this policy as this is a residential area and we do not want to create a disturbance for our neighbors who are going about their day to day lives.
Additional rules
Check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. A charge will be applied for unauthorised late checkout or early check in.
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £400 will be charged when discovered.
No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.
Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! Shipping and handling charges may apply.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
