Located in the north of the city, Prosperidad is currently one of the most demanded neighbourhoods by young people thanks to an interesting property offer that combines a great atmosphere of life, culture, leisure and hospitality.
A residential area with everything within reach and safe, very close to Salamanca or Chamartín neighbourhoods. Its proximity to the M-30 motorway also facilitates access to the neighbourhood by car, and it has an excellent connection with the centre and the rest of the city by public transport such as the Avenida de América metro and bus interchange.
The apartment:
This cozy and very bright apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can accommodate up to six guests.
Its modern design provides a pleasant atmosphere in all its rooms. The living room has a double sofa bed, a great design chair, a smart TV and an attractive decoration that brings warmth to the space.
The dining area, which also has a television, is located in a separate area that invites you to enjoy meals and after-meal conversations in good company. The spacious and modern kitchen, which in turn integrates the dining area, is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
The floor has two excellent and spacious rooms with a double bed, a comfortable full bathroom with shower and a toilet.
The apartment has air conditioning.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
To take into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
