Luxurious residence in the Historic Centre of Venice located in the area of the Church of Misericordia less than 10 min. walk from the Rialto Bridge and formed by two adjacent distinct apartments. The first apartment consists of a huge living room with living area and dining table, a complete kitchen, a living room, three double bedrooms and three shower bathrooms. The second apartment consists of a living room with dining table, a complete kitchen, a double bedroom, a study with sofa bed and a shower bathroom. Three extra beds on request. Great property with large bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Great mix of old world feel with modern accommodations. Location was amazing. Close to great restaurants, shopping, and food store and not as busy as other Venice areas. Short walk to apartment from water taxi drop off. Highly recommend for any guests wanting an amazing stay in Venice!A

The property is exactly as advertised. The host was warm and responsive and greeted us as we were dropped off on the canal. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the neighborhood became our favorite in the city.

There were 11 of us, spread out in 3 apartments all in the same building. It worked out great. The location of the property is fantastic, air conditioning worked very well. I'd be happy to stay there again!

Everything from reserving to after checking out was wonderful with the exception of a water issue. (Would loose all water pressure upstairs & had a difficult time keeping hot water). The upstairs, downstairs unit and also the adjoining unit were all wonderful. We were there over the weekend and overall enjoyed our stay.

Excellent property in perfect location. The only issue we had was getting into the house the first day. The keypad error was on this end but finding the entry to the larger upstairs area was confusing. There was no sign or instructions on how to reach it behind a locked black gate. Maybe just add that to the check in instructions. Otherwise wonderful stay.

I never write reviews, but this one deserves a review. This place is an amazing place to stay above and beyond what the pictures show. It’s away from the crazy crowds and traffic but a short distance to everything you want to see. Extremely easy to get dinners, food, and wine without wait at some amazing restaurants. The AC works great, but just make sure you don’t turn on The heat. The units look alike. If I come back, I’d stay there.
