The apartment is located in the historic center of Venice next to the wonderful "Scala del Bovolo", which can be admired from the terrace. Furnished in a typical Venetian style, it consists of a spacious and bright living area with a living room, kitchen, and dining room. The apartment has 4 double rooms and one triple room, with each room having a complete bathroom (3 with bathtub and 2 with shower). A magnificent terrace completes this majestic apartment. We are located just 300 meters from St. Mark's Square. Upon request, 1 additional bed (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 12 people. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our staff. Check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an additional cost of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Check-in after 11:00 PM can only be arranged upon request, with adequate notice.
