The Space:

The rental villa is a contemporary home combining sleek aesthetic with a pleasant everyday life. The living room is elegantly furnished with a taupe-colored sofa and a banquette facing the spectacular view over the Caribbean Sea. The lovely, well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar around a central island, with wood and glossy black tones matching with the living area surf and beach’s atmosphere. The high vaulted ceiling creates a nice sense of space and volume perfect for relaxing and resting, while the gentle breeze of the trade winds blows through the windows.

At the front, there is the dining room with a large wooden table that can accommodate up to eight guests under the covered terrace area. You can relax in the lovely swimming pool located between the main building and the bungalow for cool moments under the island’s sun. A comfortable lounge area with deck chairs and a hanging chair are set up around the pool and under the covered part of the terrace, a perfect spot for reading or playing sessions, or simply lazing around in front of the breathtakingly beautiful view over the Saint-Barts’ deep blue waters. On the side of the house, there is a nice lawn with a barbecue and deck chairs, in a paradisiac tropical setting sheltered from the wind.

The vacation home welcomes you and your guests in two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with queen size beds, en-suite bathrooms and sea view. One bedroom is located near the living room in the main building, while the second one is in a separate bungalow for maximum privacy.
