Lovely 2 bedrooms apartment, sea view and infinity pool

Superb spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, located in the heights of St Jean, in a completely renovated and quiet residence.

Garden, terrace with private outdoor lounge, infinity pool with stunning views over the bay of Saint Jean, Eden Rock and the airport.

Ideal location, less than five minutes by car from the beaches of Saint-Jean, also supermarkets, shops, the airport, restaurants and boutiques.

A parking space is reserved for you in the parking lot of the residence.

The apartment is completely new, air-conditioned and spacious. It has an open kitchen with central island, dishwashing and cleaning service offering the possibility of being able to cook there.
It includes all the necessary equipment (microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.).

The living room is also fully furnished and equipped with the latest technology, such as Samsung Frame TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Wifi Internet and a Bluetooth connectable sound system.

The two bedrooms have a queen size bed, a wardrobe, a wardrobe and their own bathroom/shower with WC. The bathrooms are equipped with hand/beach towels, as well as a hair dryer and small "Feel Saint Barth" welcome products.

You can enjoy the terrace to relax surrounded by lush vegetation and a magnificent view. You will also be able to eat there under the parasol in the morning, at noon or in the evening under the stars.

The swimming pool is shared with the residence, it is very uncrowded, very large with a magnificent and panoramic view of the sea. Less than 50 meters from the apartment, you can take advantage of the deckchairs available all day long.

The interior of the accommodation is non-smoking, smoking will only be allowed outside. If we discover that someone is smoking inside, we will charge you an additional €500 to clean the whole accommodation (Curtains, sofa, sheets, etc.).

We attach great importance to our apartment, to the island of Saint Barthélémy and its respect..., which is why we ask you to be careful with water and electricity.

Thank you for a pleasant stay and for your hospitality throughout our visit in St. Barth. The apartment was comfortable, well maintained, and overall we had a very positive experience.As a small suggestion for future guests, it may be helpful to indicate “shared pool” directly in the listing title. While it is mentioned in the description, highlighting it upfront would avoid any possible misunderstanding and ensure full clarity when booking.

Great week in paradise

A wonderful June week in not so busy St Barth. This house has a great view and is in a good location to get back to main town or out to the cul de sac beaches in short order. House had two nice rooms two baths and a very attentive manager who checked in a lot. Would be good for a family or two couples. Pool on site for use by the 10 or so apartments was great and clean and more wonderful views

Needs Improvement

My spouse friends and I recently stayed this property and had the following issues (which were communicated in a message to the property before writing this review and which went unanswered)1.Check-In and Check-Out Communication: We experienced some difficulty with a lack of clear communication regarding the check-in and check-out procedures. A more detailed message ahead of time would have been helpful to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.2. Pool Privacy: The listing mentioned a private pool, which was a major factor in our decision to book. However, we found that the pool is actually shared with other units, which was disappointing and not as advertised.3. Hot Water Issue: One of the showers did not have hot water throughout our stay, which limited our ability to comfortably use all facilities.4. Cleanliness Concern: Unfortunately, we found a roach on the kitchen counter on the last evening of our stay. We understand that pests can sometimes be an issue in certain climates, but it’s still something that negatively impacted our experience.Lack of response to the post a communication was also very disheartening.

One of the Best Stays in St. Barth – Modern, Comfortable & Perfectly Located

We had a wonderful stay at this property in St. Barth with my fiancé and friends. The place is absolutely beautiful—everything feels brand new and modern, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The beds and pillows were especially cozy, and the space had everything we needed.The view is stunning, and the pool area is the perfect spot to relax. It’s quiet and peaceful, yet the location is super convenient and easy to get to. Having been to St. Barth many times, I can honestly say this has been one of the best places I’ve stayed.Luca made the experience even better—check-in was seamless, and he was always available and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!

I loved the infinity pool and the facility was clean. I would have liked a little more instruction on how to use some of the appliances like stove and what soap to put in dishwasher. We figured it out but nothing on soap packages are written in English. Also bring your US adapters for outlets. They only had one. It is a bare bones rental meaning you will not have any salt, pepper, etc. Each bathroom only had the one roll of toilet paper that was on the holder. So you will need to buy some things. You cannot walk anywhere from the apartment. it is high up a steep hill with very narrow roads. It said walkable but it is not. So we did get a car when they told us it would not be walkable but driving is tight and hills are steep and curvy. Also a lot of the roads do not have street name signs and at night you could not tell where you were without using your phone to pin locations. We could never find a place to park to have dinner at any of the restaurants we wanted to go to. We visited almost every beach and they were all beautiful. But again parking is a challenge everywhere. There was a grocery store close by but only by car. But the shelves we’re pretty bare..

The property manager is wonderfully communicative. The apartment is clean and pristine. A bit smaller than the pictures so very small for two couples. There is only one community pool and the Netflix buffers so much you can’t use it. The supplies are minimal. If you can get by this you will throughly enjoy this visit. Love St Barts. Very hilly. Not ideal for a runner.

Modern, clean 2 bedroom condo that was perfect for an extended stay in St. Barths. Lovely views, and access to the pool just as pictured in the listing. Check in process was very easy and we appreciated the extra service in meeting us at the airport and guiding us to the property.

St. Barths

I thought the property was just as shown on the VRBO site. The property manager was incredible. Location was great. Very easy to get everywhere from the apartment once we learned the roads! The only issue was that the hot water did not work in the second bathroom.
