We are so excited to offer this absolutely stunning one of a kind apartment. The 4 bedroom duplex penthouse spanning just shy of 4000 sq feet offers comfortable, stylish and practical luxury for your family or group of friends. This special place is close to Canary Wharf stations, making it easy to get around London and beyond.
The space
A spectacular 3976sq ft 39th & 40th floor penthouse apartment in one of Ballymore's developments. The apartment dominates the Southern aspect of the building & offers far-reaching views towards Greenwich to the South & The City to the West including the Shard and the London Eye. The apartment is finished to a high-specification throughout to satisfy the most discerning. A spacious reception/living room and separate dining room allows for larger groups to commune comfortably. The kitchen is fitted with Gaggenau appliances, back-painted glass splashbacks, large pantry room & a variety of natural & technical stones. All bedrooms possess their own en-suites, with marron cohiba granite & stainless steel fittings. The South-facing master bedroom on the 40th floor boasts an extra-large en-suite with a deluxe half-egg technical stone bath & over-sized walk-in shower as well as a walk-in wardrobe & adjoining 350sq ft terrace. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds.
There is also a sofa bed in the upstairs lobby to sleep two additional guests.
There are 5 bathrooms and a guest toilet.
The first bathroom within the master suite has a toilet, sink, full bath and a walk-in shower cubicle.
The next bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
