Chic and stylish apartment located in a 16th-century building, with panoramic views of Venice and bright windows.



The apartment opens onto a welcoming living area furnished with a sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen. The interior layout is completed by two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a bathroom equipped with a bidet and shower.

The building does not have an elevator.



*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.



Known worldwide as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists worldwide every day.

The most famous local event is the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.



The accommodation is 10 minutes on foot from Venice Santa Lucia Station and less than 13km from Venice Marco Polo Airport.

Beautiful Venice Apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The beds were comfortable, and it was in a very quiet part of the city, but not far at all from all the sites that we wanted to see and yummy restaurants. Other than the bathroom walls seemed to be a little thin, it was a great place for our stay in Venice.

Nice place in great location

Nice little place in excellent location in Venice. Two nice bedrooms and good shower/bathroom. Living area and kitchen was smaller then expected but when in Venice you shouldn’t be spending much time in the apartment.

Good apartment in the center of Venice

We really liked staying in this apartment. It was central and the area was quiet (except for the cats in heat). The building is in the process of installing an elevator, which will really be good.

Good time in Venice

Nice apartment, we just use to sleep and shower. Everything was clean, If you want to cook you need to buy everything, they don’t provide with the basic like sugar, salt, or coffee, etc We don’t cook so it is not an issue for us. Other wise it is fine. Other thing it was a gentleman knocking in our door asking for money saying that he is the owner of next door apartment and he is locked out need money to bring a locksmith, we to contact the owner and verify about the situation they answered right away and said that it is a scam. Do not give any money, while we are in the call the gentleman disappeared. Good location close to everything. I will stay again.

Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti e ci sarebbe piaciuto goderci di più l'appartamento perché è proprio un gioiellino.Vicino alla stazione e a tanti punti di interesse. Quindi lo consiglio vivamente.

L’appartamento non è male, nella media, anche se il bagno é minuscolo, senza finestra e la ventola non funziona così come la luce dello specchio. L’edificio ha un ascensore ma non è possibile usarlo, la luce delle scale va solo in parte. Non esiste un deposito bagagli sicuro (si possono lasciare davanti la porta dell’appartamento). Prima di uscire richiedono di lavare i piatti usati e buttare la spazzatura. Credo dovrebbe essere nel buon senso delle persone lavare i piatti e/o buttare la spazzatura, sicuramente non può essere una imposizione visto che si paga un servizio. Non vale un quarto del prezzo pagato. Non consiglio.
