Set high in family-friendly Chimney Hill above the Chimney Hill Clubhouse which provides amenities free of charge for guests - indoor & outdoor pools, fitness room, indoor hot tub & sauna, tennis and basketball court, social areas, game room, and grills. Days of operation vary seasonally. Ice skating pond during winter months.

House is open-concept with three levels to accommodate everyone comfortably

One primary bedroom, one private Queen bedroom, and two family-style bedrooms ; 3 full-baths - 1 per floor, ensures everyone's comfort. Additional features include a wood burning fireplace insert in living room, safe electric infrared fireplace entertainment center in playroom, updated kitchen & baths, WIFI, and a large game room with a full-size air hockey table, Foosball, and shuffleboard table.

Wrap-around deck and private master deck afford beautiful wooded views, outdoor dining, Large outdoor grill.

Within minutes of charming downtown Wilmington and a quick 10 min drive to Mount Snow ski area and Haystack Golf Courses.

The Deerfield Valley area is host to many fun family activities such as hiking, horseback riding, farm visits, sleigh rides, ice skating, fall foliage, music events, local brewery tours and tastings. Mount Snow has expanded its snow-making facilities recently to further enhance your skiing experience and is also host of weekend entertainment events.

Great family reunion weekend. Got a bonus for mid March with 5 inches of fresh snow on Saturday. Had a four-year-old and six-year-old with us so the game room was very handy. Everyone had a great time thank you very much.

Great house! It is well-appointed and spacious. I’ve been traveling to Vermont with friends since the 90s, and this is easily one of the best homes we’ve stayed in. The layout was perfect for our group; we especially appreciated that everyone had a ground-level bed. Our bunk-bed days are officially behind us, though it was nice to know they were available if we’d needed them.The house is perfectly located for a ski trip to Mt. Snow, about a 20-minute drive via quiet back roads. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the bedrooms were all a good size.You can fit four cars in the driveway, but if there is snow in the forecast, definitely bring a 4WD or AWD vehicle. The owner was wonderful to communicate with throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We are from the South Shore of Long Island and enjoy traveling and adventures, particularly hiking, both in this country and abroad. We enjoy fine dining, outdoor grilling, game nights, reading and movies, and home improvements projects - well, some of us!

Why they chose this property

We were thrilled to discover the wonderful Chimney Hill community and this charming country home complete with all the modern amenities you could want in a vacation rental. The area provides easy access to both downtown Wilmington for some delicious dining and shopping, and is an easy drive to Mt. Snow for a great skiing/snowboarding experience. We love to have others experience some time in this beautiful part of Vermont and our comfortable "home away from home"!

What makes this property unique

We were attracted to this home by its thoughtful design - from the convenient front entry heated mudroom and storage area, to the high ceiling, open concept, main living/dining area. The layout of the bedrooms provides some privacy for couples or families travelling together as you can split your group over the three floors with a bathroom on each floor as well. The location is a perfect distance from the Chimney Hill Clubhouse facility for even more activities.
