The ideal home to base yourself from wether you wish to explore the area by foot, visit the many villages of Wharfedale & Nidderdale or the Spa towns of Ilkley, Harrogate or York or simply relax taking in the views of Simons seat (Part of the Bolton Abbey estate) from your south facing garden.

LIVING AREA
The perfect place to retreat to after a day of exploring, you can relax on the sofa and turn on the flat screen TV or socialise with your loved ones at the large dining table.
Log burner for those colder winter months.

KITCHEN
Traditional in style, the kitchen has exposed beams, original flagged floors, a wooden dresser to create a cosy cottage feel. Beautifully decorated, the kitchen cabinets are a royal blue colour a Belfast sink and Aga cooker complete the look. Fully equipped for self-catering staycations, you’ll have everything you could need to prepare meals easily.

BEDROOM
The cottage boasts three stylish bedrooms. Located on the first floor, you’ll find a king size bedroom, and an open plan ensuite large double size bedroom. On the second floor, the third bedroom is a twin bedroom (2 single beds)

BATHROOM
2 bathrooms…on the first floor one shower room with WC and basin and on the second floor, you’ll find the family bathroom which has a bath with an overhead shower, WC and basin.

GARDEN
Outside you’ll find an enclosed garden with gorgeous views of the moorland. The ideal place to relax with a morning coffee or a glass of your favourite tipple.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

There is limited on street public parking to the front of the property. Please note the stone steps inside the property are steep so please take extra care when staying with young children. Skyreholme Mill Cottage welcomes one well behaved dog but they must be kept downstairs at all times.
Other things to note
The ensuite double bedroom on the first floor is open plan with a screen, so if you are looking for complete privacy pleas use the master bedroom, or the twin bedroom on the top floor.
