This property has 3 bedrooms and is located in a modern residential building, within walking distance from the beach.

The property offers a large communal area with a shared swimming pool and sun bed area.

The freshly decorated living and dining room area, connects straight to the fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary items that you would need during a relaxing stay in beautiful Puerto Pollensa. The living room also has direct access to the terrace and garden area, which has two sun loungers, and table and chairs, making it the ideal spot to enjoy a sunny breakfast or nice cool cocktail during the evening.

This lovely apartment is set in one of the nicest areas of Puerto Pollensa with everything on your door step. The beaches, restaurants, bars and town center are only short stroll away.
