This first floor apartment is in the desirable Bellresguard complex in Puerto Pollensa, just minutes from the famous Pine Walk.



Just 100 metres from stunning Pollensa Bay with its golden sand beaches, Bellresguard is very popular with families, especially as there is a large communal swimming pool in very pretty grounds.



This apartment is in the Brite block. It has a charming terrace, with a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy delicious lunches with views of the pool and mountains.



The décor is fresh with a wonderful "holiday by the sea" feel and the living space has comfortable sofas, a TV, brand new dining table and an open-plan kitchen. There is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and plenty of space for your beach kit.



There are three bedrooms, a large double, a twin room and a room with bunk beds. Conveniently there are two bathrooms, one with a bath (ideal for small children) and one with a walk-in shower.



This is the ideal place to escape and enjoy a truly relaxing holiday in Puerto Pollensa. – it ticks all the boxes!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Puerto Pollensa apartment. It’s well positioned for the pine walk and town, the pool is fantastic and the host provided excellent support. The development that this apartment is part of i would perhaps describe as, “homely”. It’s a little tired in places and because of that, when we arrived i was worried that we had perhaps picked the wrong place - but i was wrong and our family of four had a great time. Thank you!

Michelle at Pollentia Rentals, was really helpful throughout and very responsive to any queries we had. It was a fantastic aparment with beautiful view from the balcony in a peaceful area. The pool was really well kept and not too over crowded. Just a 5 minutes walk to the pine walk with some beautiful little beaches and views over the bay. Parking was always easy to get on the road outside the apartments, We would definitely recomend to others.

Flat was a great size and the complex wonderful, with an amazing pool and some lovely turtles in the pond - a hit with the children. The location is near town and sea. Ben was very friendly and responded straight away. The flat had all that was need, kitchen had a great set up . We would return and we spent most of our time outside and it is a beautiful area.

Great holiday here as a family of 5. The apartment was fairly spacious and well equipped. The location was fantastic - 2 mins walk to the Pine Walk/seafront which is the loveliest bit of a lovely resort, and maybe 12so into the town centre. Spar virtually next door for groceries and bakery. Pool area nice, busy-ish in late afternoon with kids (including ours!) but still pretty chilled compared to what you would get at one of the hotels in high season. We got an airport transfer and didn't bother with car hire. We did have some minor issues but the management company were excellent - quick to respond and sorted anything out straight away. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Great pool - always able to get sun loungers although shade around the pool is a bit limited. Also part of the pool is shallow for children. Great location right next to pine walk and a nice stroll to local restaurants. Only improvement could be beds being a bit more comfortable and newer bedding. Overall, would stay here again.

Excellent apartment. We had a problem with the TV due to high winds the night before our stay. Owners dealt with quickly. Excellent location with a quiet pool (outside school hols) and close to the town centre. Pleasant bar/restaurant on site.

Excellent property in a good location

Comfortable accommodation on a pleasant development. One minor problem with a toilet flush was resolved within a couple of hours. Will certainly consider a return..

Perfect little apartment in a great location

We stayed in this apartment as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenaged boys and it was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed and was lovely and clean on arrival. It’s in a great location, close to the beach and town with all the bars and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment complex and pool area are well maintained with a handy shop, deli and restaurant on site. At first there weren’t enough sun beds for the amount of guests around the pool but the maintenance guys quickly brought more out. So if this happens to you don’t hesitate to ask them, they were happy to help. Communication with the rental team was great, we had an issue with a key one day (our own fault) and they were fast and efficient at getting everything sorted for us. We would gladly stay here again, we had a wonderful week. Thanks
