Conveniently located within walking distance of Faro Park's shops and restaurants, Villa Helena also provides easy access to the sandy shores of Montana beach, just a short stroll away. While approximately 4 kilometers from Playa Blanca, the villa is a brief walk from the scenic seafront promenade leading into Playa Blanca and onward to the Marina Rubicon.

### INTERIOR

#### Living Room:
Step through the front door into a luminous hallway leading to both the kitchen and the living room. A marble staircase ascends to the first-floor master suite, complete with a roof terrace boasting views of the sea and the majestic Montana Roja volcano. The spacious living room comfortably accommodates six on large sofas, offering a relaxing space to enjoy the flat-screen smart TV, IPTV Mag box, and various entertainment channels. Sliding patio doors seamlessly connect the living room to the pool and sun terraces.

#### Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar and open archway to the living room, caters to delightful self-catering experiences. Appliances include a dishwasher, oven, hob, and large fridge freezer. A door leads to the inside dining area, and another to the utility room housing the washing machine and laundry equipment.

#### Dining Room/2nd Living Room:
Featuring a large wooden table for six, this area provides an inviting space for indoor dining. Two rattan settees offer a separate spot to unwind, with sliding patio doors opening to the BBQ and terrace area.

#### Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
- **Bedroom 1 (First Floor):** A king-size sleigh bed, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite marble bathroom with a bath and shower. The roof terrace offers panoramic sea and mountain views.

#### Pool and Sun Terraces:
Villa Helena's captivating landscaped garden and terrace areas showcase an artificial grass section shaded by a sail. The private 8m x 4m pool, electrically heated from October to May, boasts Roman steps for easy access. Six sun beds grace the terrace, complemented by an outside dining area with a round wooden table and six rattan chairs. Additional seating near the hot tub and a large Canarian BBQ enhance the outdoor experience.

#### Security:
The villa is secured by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system with internal cameras in communal areas.

#### Location:
Situated approximately 4 km from Playa Blanca, Villa Helena is a mere 400 m from the sea, granting access to a 9 km paved seafront promenade. Local bars, cafes, small supermarkets, and superb restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk, providing a self-sufficient haven. Playa Blanca's town center is easily accessible by taxi or bus.

#### Parking and Accessibility:
Off-road parking accommodates one vehicle.

#### Cleaning Service:
The villa is fully prepared for arrival and departure, with additional cleaning and linen changes provided weekly for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All essential linen and towels are supplied, including pool/beach towels. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra charge.

#### Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing, with a supplementary charge for additional guests. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable on arrival if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not chosen. Regrettably, children under the age of 10 are not accommodated.
