As our guest at Villa Bellevue, you'll have access to all of the villa, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. The glazed balcony and side patio/terrace are exclusively yours. This includes the hot tub, which is solely for your use. basement apartment.

Parking Information: Please note that 2 apartments share 1 parking slot, and it operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and the EV charger is plug-and-play and free of charge.

This means that if you vacate the parking spot and another guest takes it, you will need to wait until they move their vehicle before you can park again.

Getting Around:
From the bus stop just a couple of meters down the street, Bus #11 will take you to the city center in about 10 minutes.

Apart from public transport, electric scooters are a popular choice and are often available in the area.

If you're traveling by car, you'll have a dedicated parking spot next to the house, complete with an EV charger.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick, in einer schönen Umgebung und einem einem exzellenten Landhandel mit Cafe in direkter Nachbarschaft. Wenn die Wohnung über einem besitzt ist, kann es unter Umständen laut sein.Besen und Putzlappen wären wünschenswert bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt.

To advertise this vacation apartment with 150 square meters and 3 bedrooms is outrageous if the apartment has perhaps 65 square meters and 1 bedroom with 1 separate bed. The otherone is the couch in the living room. Then you have the feeling that the roommates in the apartment above you walk through your bedroom because the stairs starts in your bedroom and is only separated by some boards. Crazy. The rest of the apartment is nice.

Der Check-in funktionierte super. Die Küche ist super, die Ausstattung ausbaufähig. Die Waschmaschine und der Wäschetrockner haben uns gute Dienste erwiesen. Die Wohnung war sauber und modern ausgestattet.

Almost amazing, but small details got in the way

First of all, the place looks amazing...the terrace overlooks Bergen with beautiful views, the finishes are beautiful, and the location is quiet with good bus access and a grocery under 2 blocks away. Great place to get away from it all.When we checked in (in the rain), we didn't realize there are 2 properties at this location. We accidentally settled into the main house (which is gorgeous) and a few hours later we realized our mistake. Everyone was very gracious about the mix-up, and we settled into our respective properties.We immediately noticed a persistent beeping coming from the stove, and we had some challenges communicating with the owner between Vrbo messaging, SMS, and Whatsapp. It took a few hours to coordinate a repair the next day. This stuff happens, but it took more effort than needed to convey the issue and get a repair scheduled.Besides that, the things that made this a less-than stellar experience:-Being in a basement, this property has humidity issues. There are small dehumidifiers running 24x7 in the bedroom and laundry that have to be emptied daily and are somewhat noisy.-There are no blackout shades in the bedroom, which makes sleeping difficult for guests not used to the 18-20 hours of daylight.-There aren't enough outlets in the bedroom...there are table lamps by the bed and dresser, but no outlets to plug them in (or a phone charger that's accessible to the bed).Overall, I'd stay again, but with some improvements this woould be 10/10!

Experienced traveler

Great trip. House was large and very nice family and eating spaces. The views were great from every window because the house is set on a steep hill side. While it makes the views great the barely wide enough streets were a big challenge for our large SUV with all the blind one car wide (2-way) traffic. So not for the faint of heart driver. The great news is that everyone drives slow and yields as needed to get around. There are also steep steps going from street level to the front door and also all the bedrooms are upstairs. I am 69 and I was fine but very careful and used the handrail. If you are young, walking or driving a small car you will be in heaven. By the way, a very nice little grocery shop one block around the uphill corner. Thanks for a lovely stay
