Our flat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it the ideal choice for both families and groups of friends looking to explore Madrid in style and comfort.
A nice master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a secondary double bedroom with its own bathroom and workplace. The 2 bedrooms feature comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep after an exciting day of sightseeing. The Living Room also has a cozy sofa that can be turned into a bed.

Spacious and stylish living room with a modern and cosy fireplace and SmartTV ( NETFLIX included), a fully equipped open KITCHEN open to the living room to invite you to cook your favorite recipes, and a trendy dining BAR to share pleasant moments with those who accompany you on your adventure in Madrid.

The kitchen has been designed with functionality and elegance in mind. It is fully equipped with modern appliances and top quality cookware, making it the perfect place to prepare home-cooked meals and enjoy them in the comfortable dining area.

2 bathrooms with spacious showers and indirect lighting that create the perfect atmosphere for you to relax. Enjoy and forget the routine. Soft towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your comfort.

In order to ensure a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established hours of rest at all times.

1. UTILITIES such as electricity, water, or gas will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month (The amount applies to the total combined utility expense). Any excess will be charged to the guests at the end of the stay.
2. Inventory of items and furniture existing at the apartment must be agreed and signed by the guest before arrival to avoid damaged or missing items after check-out.
