The electric gated car access leads to private off street parking in front of the house for several cars. Please note, this gate is shared with the adjacent cottage. Winchester city centre can be reached with a 10 minute drive. Winchester is a perfect sized cathedral city, with history, boutique shops, and some amazing restaurants & bars. For foodies the restaurants include: The Ivy, Rick Steins, The Chisel Rectory, and the incredible Kyoto Kitchen. The New Forest is a 20 minute drive, and the beach can be reached in 25 minutes. Bournemouth is around 35 minutes. Twyford is a few minutes drive from the M3 (Junc. 11). Shawford train station is a few minutes walk from the house
Guest access
The entire house is exclusive to guests. There are areas & outbuildings within the grounds that are not open not guests, which will be clearly marked as such.
