Situated on the lower part of the plot, Villa Levanda can be rented together with Villa Thymari, on the upper part of the property, for a total of eight bedrooms. Both have their own pool and private entrance and are completely independent.

The villa offers a total of 252m² of living space on two levels plus two en-suite bedrooms upstairs (master and double) and can accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children.

The entrance is centrally located on the main ground floor where all the ‘public’ areas and functions are located – an open plan double height living and dining room, a kitchen area, the staircases, a WC and an en-suite guest bedroom. All of the internal spaces have access to the outdoor seating and pool area.

On the lower level there is a games room, a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, a bedroom with 4 bunk beds (ideal for children), a toilet with shower and storage.

Villa Levanda is surrounded by landscaped gardens with Mediterranean flowers and herbs while a pedestrian path through the property gives access to a secluded beach. There is also a private parking area for 2 cars.
