Spacious top floor 300sqm apartment located in the very center of Madrid, up to 11 people!

The apartment is located at 3 minutes walking to Gran Via, just in Fuencarral street, one of the most famous shopping streets! Close to Chueca, Malasaña and La Latina districts. The perfect start point to discover Madrid!

A hard-to- beat accommodation with a 300 m2 surface and a wonderful terrace located on the top-floor of a heritage listed building with a lift.
With a capacity of 11 people, it features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and an additional guest bathroom, 2 large living rooms, a separate kitchen and a beautiful terrace for guests to enjoy Madrid’s sunny days in great comfort.

The common areas of the apartment and the master bedroom are located on the ground floor. On entering the apartment to the right, guests will find a huge living room comprising three different areas, each with its own special character, embellished by two superb palm trees that bring in a natural, fresh touch to this section of the house. The living room is flooded with light and has access to a terrace provided with artificial grass and a bench for sitting back and relaxing.

To the left, there is a beautiful vintage-style kitchen: decorated with wallpaper and provided with a huge dining table, this room looks and feels magazine worthy. Next to it, there is a very large TV room, equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa for 7 people and a large Smart TV. The TV room gives access to a bright and very quiet master bedroom boasting two separate walk-in closets and a four-poster bed (160 x 200 cm). This room has a huge private bathroom with a separate toilet and a round bathtub.

Back by the main entrance, guests will find a huge iron staircase leading up to the second floor, where a large corridor distributes 4 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are two double bedrooms with a 150 x 200 cm bed each, a triple with 3 single beds and a double with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have been designed and decorated with maximum comfort in mind: headboards,
nightstands, lamps, beds, mattresses… everything has been carefully chosen according to the highest standards. All bedrooms are provided with either wardrobes or shelves. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower and bathtub.

The apartment is provided with a centrally controlled heating system that turns off at night. Air conditioning units are available in the apartment. Wi-fi connection is included!

Location was great for being close to so many of the sites we wanted to see. The street the apartment is on is primarily a pedestrian street which was a nice aspect. Lots of shopping, restaurants etc. right on that street. Apartment was spacious and had enough air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable.

Magical Madrid

Very spacious unit. Really interesting architecture for this very old building. Loved the old elevator. The owner definitely needs to invest in some newer better furniture especially the beds. A few more T.V.’s would be nice. It’s situated in the most convenient area and we always felt safe. A weird smell of cigarettes in a few areas too.

The big problem we faced was that the apartment did not belong to the host but to a third party, which we did not know. The check in was terrible. We had an ill baby with us and the check in instructions we got were mistaken. We called the number we were given and someone was supposed to wait outside the apartment with the keys, which apparetntly was incorrect.I called as agreed from the taxi and only then I realized we are in trouble. The person told to stay outside and wait for someone to call! Imagine this!!! He said someone will come in an hour...Finally after 4 phone calls we arrived and someone over the phone gave us the codes to the apartment which we should have gotten at time of reservation. That was the worst-ever experience I had and I travel at least 25 times a year. The apartment itself is amazing. The only bad thing about it is the connection between teh air condition in teh living room and the bedroom, so it was too hot in the bedroom when the living room air condition was ON.
