Beautiful apartment type T3 to rent in a secure and modern luxury residence on the edge of the River Untxin in the popular district of Socoa Ciboure (just 2.5 km from Saint Jean de Luz walking distance from beautiful walk by the sea)

Located on the 3rd and last floor, with elevator, the 78m² apartment is very bright and also has 40m² terrace without facing vis-à-vis South / West with a clear view, nice and relaxing.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, large living room overlooking two terraces and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a double bed 160 and cupboards. A spacious en suite shower room with double sinks and a large walk-in closet. All overlooking one of the 2 terraces.

Bedroom 2: A double bed in 140 with plenty of storage, close to the bathroom.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, many dishes and utensils for baking. The kitchen also has a washing machine.

Living / Dining room: 20m² The living room has a dining area with a table that can range from 4 to 8 people and a sitting area with two large sofas which converts into a 140 (sleeping quality and comfortable) .dropoff window

To park you have a place to park. You also have the option to use the bike room closed and secured.

The residence also features a swimming pool (open from 01/07 to 30/09) and a tennis court.

Everything is close to the beautiful beaches of Socoa and its port in the beautiful bay of Saint Jean de Luz. Quick access to beaches on foot (600 m) by a pedestrian promenade along the river.

Many shops nearby and also within walking distance (600 m): bakery, butcher, fishmonger, Lidl, Carrefour Market, but also many restaurants, some known and recognized.

Wonderful stay

We - a family of 4, two adults and two teenagers - have spend a perfect week in this very nice appartement, that was even nicer in real life than on the photos. The host was extremely kind and helpful and everything went well! We loved the terracces, one with shade and one with aftenroon sun, in a well keot and quite residence. We also enjoyed the view from the terrace over the river. So easy to get around. Very nice lilttle village with a great beach and close to great places as Biarritz, Saiint Jean de Luz, San Sebastian and Bilbao. And of course all the beautiful Costa

Appartement de qualité, fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé. Conforme en tout point aux photos. Très bien situé, au calme et à une dizaine de minutes à pied de Socoa. Seul point de vigilance: la connection internet (trop faible pour teletravailler.par exemple).

Un séjour très agréable

Très bel appartement, vaste, lumineux avec terrasses toujours fraîches. Très bon accueil et prestations de qualité (2 salles des bain, cuisine équipée, TV, WiFi, superbe vue, calme etc.). Plage à pied, commerces variés accessibles à pied, piscine, tennis. Impossible d'avoir plus !!! Merci pour tout !

Séjour agréable à Ciboure

Nous avons apprécié notre semaine dans cet appartement. Le gros point fort est la vue depuis les terrasses, magnifique à toute heure. L'appartement est seul au dernier étage donc très calme et spacieux. La plage est à 8 minutes à pied, et les commodités sont également très proches. L'appartement est plutôt bien équipé. A noter qu'il n'y a qu'un seul WC. La résidence est très bien entretenue et les piscines agréables mais sans transat.

Magnifique appartement

L’appartement, situé au dernier étage est magnifique, lumineux et très bien équipé. La description fournie dans l’annonce est tout à fait fidèle aux prestations. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La vue de la terrasse est splendide. La résidence est très calme et très bien entretenue. Plages, ports, restaurants et petits commerces accessibles à pieds par un charmant sentier.

L'appartement était super ! Bien situé, avec une très jolie vue sur l'Utxin ! La résidence est super calme. L'appartement est propre, bien agencé et grand ! On peut faire des promenades à pied, à proximité vous avez la plage et le port de Socoa, à 2km Jean de Luz. Sans parler des propriétaires qui sont charmants ! Je recommande vivement ! Nous y retournerons !

cette location est vraiment de qualité, l'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel dans une résidence calme et sécurisée à 10 min à pieds de la plage de Socoa. Idéalement placée à proximité des commerces cette location offre tous les avantages pour passer des vacances idéales. Merci à Mme PIVERT et à son fils pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Les photos sont absolument conformes à la réalité, je recommande fortement cette location à tous.

Location très sympathique, vous êtes tout seul au dernier palier, la location est vaste, une chambre avec une salle de bain et une suite parentale (the suite parentale) vous pouvez emmener un camion de fringues si ça vous chante. La Sdb et la chambre donnent sur une terrasse ou l'ont eut bronzer. Le salon donne sur une grande terrasse abritée qui elle même donne sur le canal a 400m de la mer, la boulangerie, café etc ... Soleil dans l'appartement le soir, bref à part un peu le temps très bon séjour ....

APPARTEMENT MODERNE ET CONFORTABLE

Nous avons fait un très bon séjour au pays basque, grâce à l'accueil de Mme PIVERT (merci au passage pour l'excellent gâteau basque) et au confort ainsi que la situation de cette location. Nous n'avons hélas pas pu profiter autant que nous l'aurions voulu de la terrasse couverte à cause du temps (pluie et fraicheur au début de la semaine) et de la piscine (non remplie de toute façon). Nous avons apprécié la déco sobre et moderne.

Trés bon appartement: luxe, calme, beaucoup d'espace, bien equipé et jolie vue sur l'eau

Quelle ambiance! Nous avons bien profitez le comfort de notre appartement que nous avons loué. L'appartement est trés comfortable, bien equipé et assez grand pour loger jusqu'a 6 personnes. Les deux balcons sont bien situé. Le supermarches sont proche (ca. 500 m) (Lidl et Carrefour marche). La reception par la mere du propriétaire etait trés accueillant. La region, le pays Basque, c'est magnifique. Cinq minutes a pied et la plage est la. Vingt minutes a pied plus tard et voila, St.Jean de Luz. C'est une ville recommandé pour visiter. Avec ses jolies magasins, terrasses et la plage. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons une autre fois dans la region et dans cette appartement. En conclusion, C'etait TOP! Merci Yannick. Jeanette et Oscar

excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Ciboure dans ce très agréable appartement. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce que nous aimons: le calme, l'espace, la clarté sans oublier l'équipement (tout fonctionne bien, rien ne manque), la décoration de très bon goût et la propreté sans faille. Les terrasses donnent sur la petite rivière, l'appartement est au dernier étage et c'est le seul de ce niveau ce qui garanti un calme absolu. Nous avons profité de la piscine très bien entretenue également. La plage est facilement accessible à pied (avec notre petit fils de 4 ans 10 mn maxi de marche sur une voie piétonne très agréable), quelques petits commerces (boulangerie, traiteur épicerie) également accessibles à pied. Je veux également souligner l'adorable accueil de la propriétaire vraiment très gentille et plein de bons conseils, le traditionnel gâteau basque nous attendait pour notre début de séjour. Les paiements et contrats ont été faits très sérieusement, on peut avoir confiance. Merci à Maria Luisa pour sa gentillesse et à son fils pour la gestion des contacts numériques efficaces. Bref adresse hautement recommandable et de qualité.
