A holiday cottage with a spa-room with whirlpool for 2 people. The house is located on a large, secluded natural plot with several terraces around the house. The house has bright colours and wooden and tiled floors. Well-equipped kitchen connected to the dining room. 2 living rooms makes it possible to relax in peace and quiet in one room, and watch TV in the other. No letting to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The house was nice and also clean except for little things (the 1st bathroom next to the whirlpool was not quite so clean). The equipment was very good and everything was available.The negative was that the TV does not work you got no TV program despite instructions (which in the end no one had missed) and also the vacuum cleaner was not in order. The suction nozzle is defective and jumped out of the holder again and again. You should think about buying a new vacuum cleaner.

Hält nicht, was es verspricht

Das Haus macht einen netten ersten Eindruck, super Grundriss für Gruppen und Familien und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Das war es an positiven Eindrücken, das Haus ist sehr kalt und feucht, Schimmel an vielen Ecken (Schlafzimmerrollos, Badezimmer) dadurch muffelt es. Nur eine funktionierende Heizung, für einen Urlaub im Winter zu wenig! Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, ein Kabel war rausgerissen. das Schlimmste war eine verstopfte Toilette, die trotz Hinweis bei dem Vermieter den gesamten Aufenthalt nicht repariert wurde.

Das Haus ist geräumig. Dennoch etwas verwinkelt. Man hat drei Terrassen eine davon ist überdacht. Schön sind auch die zwei Bäder eins davon direkt neben der Sauna. Es ist alles soweit vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist naturbelassen und doch obwohl es direkt an der Straße gelegen ist ruhig gelegen. Das Haus wurde erst kürzlich renoviert und alle Fenster und Türen sind neu.

Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet. Leider etwas verwinkelt da es wohl öfter angebaut worden ist. Etwas mehr Besteck wäre gut und es war bei Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber. Was negativ war das die Maklerin einer Bank ohne Voranküdigung morgens um 10 Uhr vor der Tür stand da das Haus zum Verkauf steht.
