In a delightfully sunny location, just 15 minutes on foot from the stunning lakefront, this brand-new holiday getaway for 8 invites you to experience the charm of Como. Inside, the elegant living room offers a modern living complete with all essential amenities like air-conditioning, central heating and free Wi-Fi. There is a large and comfy sofa area with a Smart TV, a coffee table and dining set up in the open living room, which is well-complemented by the full kitchen at guests’ disposal. Ready to take on any meal, it features a dishwasher, microwave, oven among other utilities.

The apartment is located on the first floor and offers wheelchair access making it suitable for guests of all ages. It is also perfect for a romantic vacation on Lake Como!

Location

The elegant residence is in a quiet, but central location just 12 minutes walk from the shores of Lake Como. It is well-connected to facilitate a carefree stay and has restaurants, a supermarket and the nearest bus stop (Monti) located just next door. Guests will find the Como city ferry terminal at a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive from here, as well as lakeside hiking with stunning Lake Como views and sculptures and monuments dotted along the way within a 15-minute walk.

At Como, you can also explore lovely squares with churches in the Romanesque or Gothic styles, see the city\'s ancient structures (like Villa Olmo or the Volta Museum), take in the city\'s aerial perspective from breath-taking vantage points, and go shopping to find the best regional goods plus a lot more! Also, all of the lake\'s villages can be reached owing to the public boat service, from the farthest (like Cernobbio, 15 minutes by boat) to the most well-known gems of the lake centre (Bellagio and Varenna, 1.5 – 2h).

The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 40-minute drive away.

Lovely apartment, very secure, spacious, clean and well equipped. The only very small downside was no English speaking channels on the tv, and although there was a firestick on tv there was no remote control for it.

Great property about 10 minute uphill walk from Como. Very clean, little bit quirky. Communication with host only via email, no personalised check in process. If first time visiting Como probably best to stay at hotel for guidance on ferry etc.

Comfortable apartment but the bathrooms are a little outdated. Nice residential neighbourhood. Easy 15 min walk to the town center with major attractions & restaurants. Easy check in with clear instructions. Management responds promptly to questions.

We loved this spacious property. There was plenty of room for 7 of us. The place was clean and met all our needs. On a side note, there was no silverware but I never called to advise them as we were too busy.

Decent stay but lots of maintenance issues

We were most excited for our stay in Como. First, the town is adorable! We love how close we were to walk into town and the waterfront.Second, we thought based on the previous reviews that our apartment would also live up to all the other reviews. Unfortunately, it was not satisfactory and had many issues throughout our stay.There are showers without guards so the water leaked all over the bathrooms. There was a known leak in the main bathroom where they put a pot under it and would be filled to the brim with water each day, and required us to dump the water otherwise it would overflow and leak to the ground. Next, the toilet seats in all bathrooms were loose and would move all around. After two days of alerting the manager, they finally sent someone to fix the issues. They said they had to buy shower guards and new seats and it wouldn’t arrive in time during our stay. Next, they advertised that they had a washer and dryer, but upon arrival found out they do not. As a mother on a multi-leg trip through Italy with two kids, I would not have selected this apartment as we had no where to wash our clothing. They told us about a place within the block but it was a dry cleaners and not a laundry mat.Lastly, they have 5 garbages which have very specific instructions, but not clear labels. We felt this was very complex and hard to understand. Overall, it’s a decent stay but does not live up to the other reviews or experiences, and we came away very disappointed.

This is a beautiful property. Very spacious for our family of 6. Beds were comfortable. Having Bathrooms in 3 of the bedrooms was awesome. My only dislike is that the toilet seat in our bathroom was cracked and loose fitting on the base. It should be replaced. The bathrooms have a fan noise that never turns off.

Relaxed family vaca

There were 6 adults in our group and the apartment was great. Each couple had their own room with en suite plus plenty of room for us to be together. The only thing I missed was a washer and to my own mistake of thinking there was one. At this point of our vacation we were all in need of laundry service. Lovely stay, bit of a walk to the lake and old town but that was no surprise to us.

Nice apartment, good location, as described

This apartment is in a very good location and the apartment is as described on the web. It's a great place to stay for a family or three couples as each couple would have their own bedroom and bath. The apartment is comfortable and does have everything you need for a few days with the exception of coffee. It has a Nespresso machine but the only place in town is about a ten minute walk. I believe two improvements could be easily made which would make it easier for renters. 1) The internet security code is ridiculous. Must be 16 letters and numbers with some being capital letters and small case. It should be made much easier to log in. Adding a QR code login would be a great addition 2) The lock box is about 30 or 40 yards from the door. It's a challenge to find. Diego was a great help in having us find the lockbox when we could not. Overall, the apartment is clean and well maintained.

This property was perfect for our group with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. It was walking distance to a lot of food options and the dock for ferries.

Property was very clean and communication / instructions were clear and easy. The property itself was very spacious for 2 families of 8 people. We were able to relax comfortably in the living room/kitchen. Walking distance from all the shops, restaurants and ferry to the other towns. On our last night, we were tired from all the walking and wanted to just relax. We ordered food delivery via Just Eat and it was so convenient. This space.was just perfect for our group. Definitely would highly recommend staying here. The only disappointment was the taxi /uber service in the area. We called for 2 taxis and only one arrived. The other taxi never showed and uber wait was too long. So the other half of our group had to walk to the train station (about 25 minutes). Certainly give yourself plenty of time for pick up or walking.
