L'appartement est situé au 2Úme étage d'un bùtiment historique de Bologne, dans l'une des rues les plus importantes du centre de Bologne.

L'appartement est un appartement spacieux et lumineux de trois piĂšces sur deux niveaux.

L'entrée mÚne au salon avec un salon avec canapé et accÚs au balcon donnant sur les toits de Bologne et l'église des Servants, la cuisine, la table et les chaises.

La zone nuit comprend deux chambres: une avec un lit double au niveau infĂ©rieur, l’autre au niveau supĂ©rieur, une chambre double avec un lit simple supplĂ©mentaire. Il y a aussi deux salles de bains avec douche.

L'appartement est équipé du chauffage central, de la climatisation dans chaque chambre, de la télévision par satellite à écran LED, d'une connexion Internet Wi-Fi, d'un four micro-ondes, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un sÚche-cheveux, d'un fer et d'une planche à repasser.

The apartment was very comfortable, warm and a great place to come back to on a cold day. It’s a central location so barely needs the bus, there were plenty of food places nearby and our hosts made checking in easy. We appreciated the laundry in the building as well. A bonus was the Christmas Markets right across the road. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was perfect! The location was on a Main Street and very easy to access. Having never stayed in Bologna before, we were unsure of what neighborhood to stay in. After visiting the city, we were so happy to have chosen this apartment. The location was perfect, the apartment was easily accessible, and we would stay here again when visiting.

Great area in town . You can walk to a grocery store in less than 10 min right on their street as well as the 2 towers. within 20 min at a leisurely stroll and onto a couple of other streets you will find the Piazza Majiorrie, Neptunes staute and other major tourist attractions. The reception staff were very helpful and helped me with finding a cabbie who came very early for for our pick up to the airport.

Great place and location

The unit was great and very comfortable. We had a minor issue and it was resolved immediately. The place was clean and roomy. A small balcony for fresh air. Location had many restaurants and shops right nearby. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend!

Amazing and Convenient

This was an ideal location to stay in Bologna, close to city center, wide range of restaurants, bars, and markets but also convenient to groceries and shops for other amenities. Check in and check out was easy and all inquiries received prompt responses. Apartment was clean and comfortable and also had laundry. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay with family in Bologna

My family of 4 had a great stay at the Cavalleria Rusticana. The apartment was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The hosts provided a very thorough welcome document with answers to many questions and recommendations in the area. When we had a question, the hosts responded quickly. The location was quiet and a short 10-15 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore where there was lots of great dining, shopping and tourist sights to see. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Great for 5

This apartment was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. It was particularly handy for the kids to have their own room with three beds upstairs. The keyless entry was convenient and the secure parking was great. Everything in town was about a 12-15 minute stroll away; this worked for us, but might not be ideal for someone with mobility issues. The apartment was close to piazza Santa Stefano, which had a great atmosphere with cafes and delicious gelato.

Very nice apartment in a good part of town

This apartment is very clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked but could use a Better coffee maker. Better coffee maker The location is very good, being close to the center of town. So the apartment is on a busy street the bedrooms open up into the back so it is very quiet night. All in all, a very nice stay .

Perfect for centre and university

Very clean and well presented. Lift was not working when we arrived but fixed next day. Reception was not always open during its advertised hours. Flat itself was perfect.. We would return happily to this property.

A Perfect Place in a Perfect Location

This apartment is great!! Not only is the location within minutes of the Two Towers and the center of Bologna, the apartment is perfect. The owner's attention to every detail could not be better. The unit is beautifully appointed and there is even a lift in the building if the stairs prove too much. And Letizia in the management office was incredibly helpful, looking after our every request. This truly is a gorgeous 3 room apartment in beautiful Bologna. I highly recommend it.
