Beautiful, clean apartment in great location near the beach

Beautiful, clean apartment in great location near the beach. Nice, spacy balcony. Pick-up of keys in the office. It is not very convenient, when you have to look for the office to pick-up the keys, while being in a foreign town, arriving late in the evening.

Dear Tomasz, thank you for sharing your experience. We are happy that you found the apartment beautiful and clean and we hope that you felt comfortable in it. We are sorry if coming to our office was an inconvenience for you. We always try to give as many details as possible to make the arrival easier, but we understand that after a long journey it can be a bit tiring. That aside, we hope that you had an excellent time in Benidorm! All the best.

The apartment was very nice and location excellent just a shame about the building work

Key collection was from a third party who did not know the property and hen asked some questions was very vague with the answers As we stayed for over three weeks I would have expected the cleaner to call with clean bedding & towels, we had to do this ourselves as we did have a washing machine and with our stay being over Christmas and new year

Dear Simon, thank you for your comments. We are glad to know that you liked the apartment and its location. We do provide towels and bedding for long stays, you have to ask at reception and we take them to your apartment. We apologise if we did not explain to you the procedure, and we will take extra action in this aspect. Besides that, we hope that you had a lovely stay. Kind regards.

Vacances en famille à Finestrat

L'emplacement, la propreté, le calme, la proximité. Prévenir si des travaux sont en cours car s'était plutôt bruyant sinon tout le reste était OK.
