Fully renovated apartment on the Levante beachfront, Benidorm. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.

Tastefully and modernly furnished 50 m² accommodation, with direct access to the beach, with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the mountains.



It has an elevator, fenced plot, 10 m² of glazed terrace incorporated into the living room, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, covered parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, Smart TV.

The induction open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



- The delivery of the keys and the check-in take place at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- Credit/debit card details are required as a deposit of €200.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Best place in town

Location was superb. Private place and great views of the beautiful beach and sea. Quite at night if you like an early night. Only one toilet roll. No soaphand wash.

Great value for money would highly recommend would be a good idea to put twin beds I

Great location very clean Could have done with twin beds in both bedrooms as there was 4 guys sharing and the second bedroom has a small double which was too small for two men to share so one has to use the bed settee which wasn’t the most comfortable tbh

Lovely and clean apartment

Location was excellent, it’s was spotless clean and comfortable, wish we could’ve stayed for what we planed but had to cut our trip short due to a bereavement in our family The double bed wasn’t wide enough but it wasn’t an issue, also keys was a pain trying to get the door open but we managed and laughed about it

We had a lovely stay and would love to come back again in the future

The apartment is beautiful and the location is excellent. The beds were very firm, some people might like that, but we could have done with them being a little softer. The kitchen could also have done with some additional utensils, but again a lot of people don’t always cook and go out to eat.

Amazing location, great value for money

Amazing location, great value for money. Staff were helpful. Quiet location. Shops beneath close early. Issues with locking/unlocking the door cause big problems. Nobody explained how to get into the building and into the apartment.

Excellent location and view.

The view was amazing and the complimentary wine and snacks where a nice touch. Apartment in great location not too far to walk to the strip and a little further to the old town. Apartment was clean and when we had an issue with the washing machine and blinds the service was excellent with them getting seen to the next day. Mattresses extremely hard , sofa bed needs replacing as worn and dirty. Difficulty with keys opening apartment door at times

Superb location with some

Superb location. Stunning views Poor quality furnishings in the living area. The dining table and chairs were only suitable for children - not 6ft adults. The sofa bed was old and worn. I wouldn&#39t want to be sleeping on it. The review would have been a 10 with better quality furniture

ESTANCIA MUY AGRADABLE

El apartamento está bien equipado, como cortesía nos dejaron bastantes cápsulas de café para desayuno, una botella de vino y unos combos de aceite y vinagre. También había frasquitos monodosis de gel y champú. Todo muy limpio, incluyendo sábanas y toallas. Unas vistas espectaculares. Como pega, el ruido muy molesto en uno de los dormitorios que no pudimos utilizar. Por lo que hablamos con el portero del edificio, causado por un grupo de presión para el agua, lo avisamos tanto al portero del edificio como a la oficina de booking, porque al parecer se debía a alguna avería. Espero que lo hayan resuelto.
