Wonderful ample space

I have to say this is one of the best places I’ve stayed at for the price… Just incredible. Huge kitchen, huge bedroom and great space for bath and laundry… Beautiful high ceilings and marble floors with lovely insignia. Very much felt like I was in Italy kind people allowed me to leave my baggage, posed stay. Great location.

Con le indicazioni date è stato tutto facile, trovare il soggiorno, come fare il check-in, assistenza (sempre disponibili)..... Nel centro storico è un' esperienza meravigliosa. Parcheggiare gratis, vicino il magistrale, solo qualche minuto di distanza

Bonjour Il y a de nombreux problèmes à signaler dans cet appartement. Nous avons signalé dès le 24 aout que le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché. Nous n'avons eu aucune réponse. Nous avions deux semaines de location ,le changement du linge et le ménage n' ayant pas été faits à la fin de la première semaine , nous nous sommes déplacés via ascanio grandi 46 à Lecce ,avons rencontré un monsieur très désagréable qui nous a dit qu'il avait reçu le message et qu'il faisait le nécessaire : rien n'a été fait. L' appartement ne possède pas le matériel de base pour cuisiner normalement / pas de saladier, pas de plats à four puisqu'il n'y a pas de micro-ondes, Le robinet de l'évier de la cuisine est défectueux, pas de sac ni de poubelle pour trier le plastique et pour terminer le compteur électrique disjoncte en permanence quand on utilise un appareil électrique en même temps que la climatisation avec le message suivant affiché: RIDURRE CARICO PER PIU DEL 145°/° SUPERO POTENZA FATTORE K= 15 °/° . Nous sommes très déçus des prestations et du "service" de votre organisme et nous ne manquerons pas de le faire savoir. Alain Bense

Ha tutto il potenziale per 5stelle, grandi spazi, grandi armadi, ottima posizione ma... Passi che la cappa non funzioni, che ci sia solo un climatizzatore che dà clima polare in cucina/soggiorno e caldo in camera da letto, passi pure che non ci sia un misero rompigetto nel lavello della cucina ottenendo così l'effetto cascata, ma che il lavabo nel bagno fosse otturato fornendo un rigurgito di capelli no, ma la cosa allucinante è il box doccia dalle dimensioni minuscole, va bene che sia 50*50 ma un entrata da 30cm per uno che pesa 120Kg proprio no
