Set in a prime location with direct views of Bali Bay and the surrounding coast, the retreat is the perfect sea-friendly, luxury self-catering home for families & loved ones with a difference. You may find a wide selection of restaurants bars & shops within walking distance as the prime location at the footsteps of the centre of Bali retreat makes this unique home the perfect car free escape. With home-from-home comforts, the Iconic Retreat combines elegance and unique touches to ensure a stay less ordinary.

External Living | Private Pool (Can be Heated with extra fee) & Outdoor Dining 

This captivating home boasts a 90m² outdoor sea-view area and is embellished with a private infinity 25m2 pool (1,40 depth) that can be heated with an extra fee, features a four-seater spa whirlpool, and also boasting premium sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining next to the BBQ (Gas) under sunset skies. The veranda area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the Bali Bay scenes and watching the sun’s journey sinking into the Cretan Sea. An outdoor shower is also featured next to the pool area & there is a spacious parking spot at the entrance of the complex. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate luxury living and an unforgettable holiday experience. 


Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: 

- Pool & Spa Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & Spa Whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 50€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Beds&Baths
With enviable views over Bali Bay the quintessential living experience radiates a chic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance that enhances the comfort level of guests. Fine art marks all the bedrooms gifting them with their unique identity, spoiling guests with first-class comfort, design and amenities. The home has been styled using soft tonal hues which draw inspiration from the coastal landscape. This captivating retreat boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 80m² indoor space.

The lavish living-cum-dining spaces with first-class equipment ensuring meals of the highest quality, will bring an ever-present sense of contemporary comfort to your endless days of leisure. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive home boasts two bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom & one additional shared bathroom, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in real beds, as well as one extra guest that can be accommodated at the couch of the living room. The maximum capacity is 5 guests.


Living Room (featuring a 55’ Smart TV) & Dining Table & Kitchen, the area offers direct access to the pool boasting sea-views • Double Bedroom with King Size bed (1.80x2.00), featuring en suite bathroom with bespoke walk-in shower & a sink, Smart TV 43’. • Twin Bedroom with two Single beds (0.80x2.00), that can be joined with a topper to become a King Size Bed ( upon request) with Smart TV 43’. • An addition, bathroom with walk in shower & sink is located next to the twin bedroom. • One more guests can be accommodated to the living room couch. The maximum capacity of the villa is 5 guests.

*TO SEE : Cuava Villa is located in the picturesque Bali village, which was a small fishing village, but over the years has become a charming touring village, overlooking the little fishing harbour and the sea. It is a very attractive and romantic place, combining sea and mountains. Life is easy going enjoying the sun and the clear calm sea at a number of sandy and shingly beaches. Bali is a modern seaside resort, which offers a large choice of taverns, restaurants, a bakery, an ATM machine, super markets, a butchery and cheese shop, as well as a wide variety of little shops, diving school, bars and discos. All are wishing walking distance from your villa.
