Berkeley House consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, dining space for six, and sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, king-size with en-suite bathroom, super-king-size with en-suite shower room (zip/link can be twin on request) each with Smart TVs. Rear enclosed garden with terrace, hammock, furniture, and lawn, plus off-road parking for two cars with EV charging. One well-behaved pet welcome at a cost, sorry no smoking. Within 0.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a lake. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Indulge in an opulent Cumbrian getaway with a stay at Berkeley House.
