Any inoperative equipment must be reported immediately to the contact person. The OWNER will make every reasonable effort to have repairs completed quickly and efficiently.
11-The OWNER attempts to properly maintain the PROPERTY in pristine condition; any unsafe or dangerous condition must be reported immediately to the OWNER or the Manager.
12-The GUEST acknowledges that the use of the property, including all facilities, equipment, and installations, is entirely at the GUEST’s own risk. The property management and OWNER are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the stay.
13-Guests are fully responsible for their own safety, belongings, and personal items.
