15世紀の歴史的建造物の遺跡は、2016年に歴史と高い審美基準に関して改装されました。 Neoria Housesは、最小限の建築様式で、モダンな設備がすべて整った2つの豪華なスプリットレベルの家の複合体です。
Akaliは2階建ての家（100m2）で、2つの広々としたベッドルーム（リビングルームに2人用のソファベッド+1台）、シャワーキャビン付きのバスルーム3室、設備の整ったキッチン、ダイニングとリビングエリア、2番目の雰囲気のあるテラスがあります床。
フラット衛星テレビとダイニングエリアのあるリビングルームは、設備の整ったキッチン（台所用品、体外セラミックプレート、オーブン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、食器洗い機、ケトル、コーヒーメーカー、トースター、ミキサーなど）の近くの1階にあります。
1階には、サイズベッド、フラット衛星テレビ、専用バスルームを備えた2つのマスターベッドルームがあります。 高品質のマットレスとシャワーのアメニティが用意されています（バスローブ、スリッパ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェル、ボディクリーム）。
2階にあるテラスには、旧市街と歴史的なランドマークを眺めることができ、屋外の家具が備わっています。

A great location while visiting Chania. A nice selection of restaurants and maritime museums within easy walk. Terrace was a great place for a glass of wine at night and drying clothes during the day. Always appreciate a wash machine. Great check in with explanations of the apartment set up and directions to free parking lot nearby. Will recommend to anyone.

Crete Trip

We chose to base out Crete trip out of Chania and could not have been more happy with where we stayed! The host was super responsive and checked in on us when we were running behind schedule. Very accommodating, excellent location, and beautiful property.

Great for families

The apartment was clean and fit 5 adults comfortably. The location was convenient and parking was available close by. I would stay here again if traveling with a group.

Amazing place to stay. Steps from the waterfront and great food. These accommodations were perfect. Very comfortable and easy. Christina was amazing as well. Her messages were warm and welcoming every time. Highly recommend this place

Lovely and Great Location!

Akali House was the perfect location in Chania. The property was as described and close to everything. Christiania was very helpful and easy to communicate with and helped us with all our needs. I recommend this property!

Fabulous property

This place did not disappoint. The apartment is like the photos -- beautifully appointed. Also, excellent location. Parking can be tough (we were only able to park next to the apartment twice and we were there off-season) but there were big parking lots within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

A great location in Chania

This was our first stop in Greece during our family holiday. The flat was perfect for our needs - clean, close to everything in the old city, and near a bakery and coffee shop. Communication was great. Check in and out were easy. Definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic!

My friend and I loved everything about staying here! The host was super helpful and had great communication with us throughout the process. The host arranged transport from the airport which we greatly appreciated.The location was perfect and walking distance to dozens of restaurants and sights. There was plenty of room for us each to have our own space.

Location is incredible!!

The location is within walking distance to so many things. The Old Downtown port area is just around the corner. The bus station is a 10 minute walk. Wonderful restaurants are close by to walk to such as Pallas, The Well of the Turk and Tamam. Christina responded quickly to questions that we had and was very pleasant.

Great base for a Chania stay.

Akali was a very cozy comfortable place to stay in Chania. Well equipped and convenient to all that Chania has to offer. It is a great update of a vintage building with a nice rooftop deck for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Easy walking distance to sights, restaurants and shopping and free parking in a public lot a short drive away. There some stairs inside to get to the bedrooms and rooftop deck but once you get used to it it is fine. Photos in listing are very accurate. Highly recommended!

Fabulous house in perfect location

We had a fantastic stay in Chania in the heart of the harbor, but tucked away in a quiet alley. Tons of great restaurants, shops, historical sights within walking distance. The home is exactly as pictured, very comfortable for our family of four including two teens. Lots of stairs, but not a problem for us. Washing machine in the downstairs bathroom came in handy. House was spotless and well-appointed with everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again!

Sehr gepflegtes und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Der Kühlschrank war bereits bei Ankunft mit dem Notwendigsten gefüllt. Viele gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotz der Lage am alten Hafen ruhiges Quartier.

The best lovation

This unit was clean, contemporary, and in the heart of old town. One block off of the water. A platter of fresh fruit and drinks were left for us. We were taken care of by Christina, who responded immediately to any questions/issues we had. A door knob came off in my hands, and it was taken care of asap. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. There are a lot of stairs, so make sure you're not w an elderly person. We are all pushing 60 w no problems. I mean a real elder w mobility issues. And ps, it was saddled btwn two restaurants, one great for authentic late nights munchies, and one w over the top authentic Greek meals served by men w great sense of humor, for dirt cheap. I mentioned that Christina should mention the second to every client. It was named Perparas.

Excellent location, great property

Perfect location near the main part of Chania. A short walk to great food and shops, and also to a swimable area. The place was clean, Eva was responsive and helpful. Lots of stairs and the living areas are somewhat separate but if you are doing it right you won't spend much time in the apartment to begin with. The A/C worked well and units were well distributed throughout the apartment's rooms. It does have a small parking lot that if you are lucky you can find a spot in if you happen to be driving. Was surprisingly quiet despite being near popular areas. There is a little market around the corner which is great and convenient to pick up necessities.

Amazing location

We loved this place. It was perfect for our family. We have two teenagers and they each had a sleeping space. One slept in the loft and one on the pullout couch. Host is amazing and so nice!

great location!

This apartment is ideally located close to all the sightseeing in Chania City Center. Upon check in, Christina gave us great recommendations on sightseeing and places to eat. We highly recommend Well of the Turk, which is very close to the apartment! As far as the apartment itself, it’s very clean, with plenty of space. We would recommend without hesitation.
