Metropolis House es una encantadora casa de 3 dormitorios con dos baños en el corazón del pintoresco casco antiguo de Chania, a 100 metros de la plaza de la iglesia Metropolis. Hay muchas cafeterías, restaurantes, tiendas y un supermercado a poca distancia a pie. El paseo marítimo del puerto viejo se encuentra a 200 metros, mientras que la playa de arena más cercana, Nea Chora, está a 1200 metros.

En el primer piso hay una elegante área de planta abierta con una sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana, una mesa de comedor, una cocina totalmente equipada y una unidad con aire acondicionado. Un cuarto de baño con bañera también está disponible. Un lavavajillas y una lavadora se proporcionan.

Amazing stay in Chania

What a gem this apartment is! We had the best stay here. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was so nice to have balconies to hang out on, drink coffee in the mornings and people watch in the evenings. Communication was easy and we had no issues with host/owner. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property right in the center of old town Chania!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being located in the heart of old town it was quiet at night. The apartment was perfectly equipped and Yannis, Emmanuel and their team were extremely responsive to all of our needs both before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property not only for its location and comfort but for the support you receive during you stay.

Great apartment located on the edge of Chania Old Town. Local supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants all within minutes walking, some on the doorstep. Bus station 10 minutes walk away.

Perfect location. Minute walk from old town port

Beautiful apartment right over the shopping, restaurants etc. we loved it so much. If you are sensitive to noise, just wear some ear plugs and make sure and shut the outer blinds on the bedroom decks to keep it darker and quieter. Everything was perfect and Chania was #1 on our European vacation.

A Gem

Metropolis House is a lovely duplex apartment with good light on a wide quiet street in the heart of the Old Town. Convenient walking distance to all the local sites of interest. Close to the harbor but avoids the noise and traffic of busy restaurants and nightlife.. A pleasant balcony faces the quiet shopping street. A family home for many decades, it has been redone very nicely. A very spacious main open floor plan with kitchen & table, adjoining living room with couches and dining room table . Lovely staircase to the second floor with three bedrooms. Nice simple bathrooms on both floors. All amenities - washing machine particularly useful for a long vacation and sun dry on the back porch. Electric stove, oven and refrigerator are all new. The hosts are lovely. The owners personally greeted us and helped us find our way to parking and through the pedestrian streets to the apartment. Helpful and responsive to every request for guidance throughout our stay. We are unreserved in our full recommendation and will likely return.

April 2025 Metropolis House

We (3 adults) had a wonderful two week stay at Metropolis House in April 2025 and recommend this listing.Hosts Yannis and Emmanuel were superb; the location is perfect for enjoying Old Town Chania; the apartment is large, comfortably and completely furnished; all appliances, fixtures and utilities worked perfectly; and the balconies are attractive and spacious, located on both sides of the apartment so you can always find both sun and shade.Only two negatives: The apartment has been outfitted with good quality soundproofing and shutters, but there is late night music and loud voices from the cafe bar next door. Pretty typical stuff within a city tourist zone. We managed fine by making use of headphones & ear plugs. Also there are two long sets of stairs within the apartment: we did not have any trouble ourselves but for some, this may not be ideal.The Hosts: they have a team in place that literally responds within minutes. We were personally greeted upon arrival. They are kind and lovely people, every member of the group was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was really well supplied with everything needed, we did not have to run out and buy any supplies.The location is perfect: close to Venetian Harbour, shops and attractive pedestrian streets, cafes & restaurants, groceries & butcher, and pop up fresh farmers markets.
